I have severely thinning hair and if ypu have thinning hair too, you know what this can do to your self esteem. This product is actually growing hair! Thank you so much your product makes me feel so much more confident going out in public now!

I love the products but managing subscriptions has been a horrible experience, I almost stopped being a client all together. It seems my subscription stopped and it’s so unpleasant trying to login to make changes that’s it’s very disappointing. Amazing products, but definitely need to revisit subscription management and access to make changes.

The hair care product is great. I didn’t like the fact that items I received as free gifts for doing auto delivery, was automatically set up as an auto delivery item and I was charged for them. The items I did set up were sent out separately, instead of in one order and I couldn’t cancel the auto delivery. They had a statement saying reach out to them and they can modify or cancel an item only to be told they couldn’t help me. I would have to do it myself. Every link that was being sent to me was not taking me to where I needed to go to cancel my auto delivery. After expressing my frustration and ready to stop using the product all together, did customer service help me and canceled it on there end. I’m giving it a 3 star because I feel your experience with the company makes it where you want to or not use the product. Other than that, my hair is soft, I like the texture and will continue to use to see how I like it going forward.

Be careful with this company. I placed an order on 5/3 and have not received my order. Everytime I reach out to customer service I keep getting the run around. I do see some other folks complaining on Instagram that they too had a negative experience and their money was not refunded. I should of never ordered.

I bought the starter pack for curly hair at a £50 price tag expecting fantastic results . I was very disappointed , I sent photos to customer services showing my hair to be frizzy and straighter than usual , I was told repeatedly that I needed to keep using their products to hive my hair time to adjust , when requesting my money back through the guarantee .
THERE IS NO MONEY BACK GUARANTEE !! They just kept telling me to keep using their products products in the end my hair was so bad I have had to have it cut short !! I have asked repeatedly for a refund , but apparently I now don’t qualify ?? Although I have followed their instructions ever since first using the products !! They now don’t answer me ! BEWARE THIS HAIR PRODUCTS DO NOT SUIT EVERYONE S HAIR - DONT rely on getting your money back BE PREPARED TO LOSE £50 , and end up having your hair cut short !!
