Good customer service, product bottles are beautiful. Can't wait to see how the serum makes my hair grow. Amyla Cosmetics is new but expanding and growing faster every day.

Great customer service and fast shipping!

I placed an order for the Chebe essential set and heat protection spray in early April 2026 based on all of the positive reviews that I saw online. After waiting 2 weeks for an order confirmation, I contacted customer support for an update; I received an automated message saying that my order was being processed. After another week, I requested to cancel the order, Amyla responded with an automated message stating that my order was already being processed. After an additional week of no correspondence I again requested a refund and order cancellation; I was sent an automated message saying my order was being processed. At this point I contacted my credit card and they investigated the problem and issued a refund. When I saw Amyla ads online and tried to warn others about the poor customer service, my comments were deleted immediately. If my negative comments were blocked, I wonder how many others were also blocked too. Stay away from this company.

Made my order on 1st May, had to email them for shipping confirmation 2 weeks later when they finally decided to post my order. When it arrived, one of the products was missing. I emailed and was told it would be sent out to me. Fast track to 2 months later, I’ve sent a few emails since asking about my missing item, they told me that they don’t have it and offered me no solution. I had to ask for them to give me a partial refund but instead they gave me a discount code which is useless because I won’t be making another order from them again

LOVE the Chebe products. Long hair it's tricky, trying to keep it all happy but these makes it simple. I appreciate the fast shipping and courteous customer service when I need them! Can't wait to try all their other products!

Amyla cosmetics is a brand that you can go for especially when you are looking for fast hair growth , manageable, and healthy looking hair. I always struggled to find products that would help my 2a type hair and I am so glad I came across this brand. Their delivery speed is super fast and efficient. I did not have to wait weeks on end to receive my hair growth serum. I will definitely will be ordering from them again!

I have been asked to provide a review so here goes....atrocious customer service. I wanted to cancel an order because I forgot to put my discount code in and they totally ignored my request.
The significant order well over £150 then arrived damaged because they packed it with one flimsy piece of paper and understandably it was damaged in transit and they then tried to wriggle out of this by blaming the courier. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I have never dealt with worse...their customer service is zero

About a year ago, I added the shampoo and conditioner to my routine, and let me tell you—my hair is longer, thicker, and visibly healthier. These products are truly amazing and live up to the hype.
