What I like, having insurance. Super easy to navigate.

What I wish I could see more. I'd like to see AMTA advocate more for some things at the state level.

I'd also like to see AMTA offer more hands on classes all over the place.

I DONT like that AMTA has online classes worth SO LITTLE. If we're actually taking notes and paying attention to whats within the classes they should be worth more than 3.5 CEUs. The big events every year are SUPER expensive and require time off(lost income), travel, board, food. It's a lot, even for those of us who can write it off as a business expense.

And if i pay for an ONLINE class... it should never expire. We arent JUST LMTs. We're employees/employers, parents, spouses. We work, take care of kids, pets, our chores. And being an LMT isnt our whole life (especially for parents) sometimes its hard getting around to the online classes.

If we paid for it, we should own "the right" to take it at our own availability.

After speaking with a LOT of LMTs, GOOD hands on classes within our areas is really lacking. The schools should be required to offer MEANINGFUL continuing education.

Fast responses all the time . Quick and courteous treatment / costumer service all the time .

Simply the best.

The continuing education is wonderful, although I do with there was anatomy & pathology courses. There wasn't the last time I looked.
If I have any questions or concerns I always get a quick & through response.

Real in person assistance and I do not have to wait super long on hold!! Efficient, pleasant, effective.

The website is easy to maneuver and accessing a copy of insurance and membership was also easy

I have had a membership with you guys for 3 years already and didn’t realize you guys had a whole section on continuing education things. Especially not free ones. I absolutely love that and have been going through which ones really catch my attention. I’m glad you have all these resources for us. I love that you send out reminders every year to renew. If I have questions or need to find anything it’s very easy to navigate the website and find everything I need. I also love that we can add our own CE’s that we may have acquired in school.

Money is deducted annually. Some classes/ ceus’ are offered online but that’s it. No support against illegal establishments. States are not United in licensing & protecting the licenses and law abiders.
