Emailed multiple times never got a response, sent my order back for refund and got nothing. Very poor customer service. Be careful when buying

bought a pair of jeans and joggers at a good discount price, jean didnt fit so they were returned and exchanged for store credit, was skeptical at first due to the other trustpilot reviews claiming they were treated poorly by customer service, missing returns, etc. However all questions i had were answered by customer service and my return was processed in a few days

Horrible experience!
I've ordered and paid more than two months ago and I've still not received my order.
And they don't care! They have an AI who answer their mails and tells you to wait!
Ordering something from them is like throwing your money at the trash!

Bought a jumper from Amicci. Returned the item, unused in full saleable condition. They refused the refund. They claim they do not have to offer refunds on sale items. The items was purchased on Black Friday when they had a site wide 10% discount on everything they sell. This was not a specific sale item. Even so UK law provides for a refund of sale items. I argued and provided link to UK government website. Refund still refused. Avoid this retailer.

Ordered 2 Jackets in September 2025. still didnt get the jackets or either a refund. Will never buy there something again.

Poor service and obscure returns information. Clothing is fine but customer service sucks. I have been waiting on a response for weeks and my refund still hasn't been processed. I am yet to hear from a real person or get my money. Discount code for signing up never worked and they don't seem to care at all.

Zoals vele hier al vermeld hebben zeggen veel dat ze hun product niet ontvangen hebben echter heb ik dit niet meegemaakt. Het pakket werd later dan de afgesproke datum geleverd echter heb ik dit wel ontvangen en is het product van kwaliteit. In mijn beleving zeker een aanraden enkel zou ik optijd bestellen. Je word ook aandachtig op de hoogte gebracht in welke fase van de levering je bestelling zit, bijvoorbeeld aan het vliegveld in de UK of aangekomen in België.

Ware wurde zwar geliefert, aber entgegen der Angaben im Online Shop ist eine Rücksendung nicht möglich. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen wurde keine Rücksendeadresse mitgeteilt. Das Geld wurde auch nicht erstattet. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Ordered two items it has been over a month and it hasn’t arrived

I’ve asked for a refund and they stopped replying to my emails two weeks ago.

Do not support this brand until they decide to stop violating consumer rights and actually implement in some

Purchased a jacket late November for a xmas gift, turns out its too small. Requested an exchange to be told only within 14 days so no can do.
Considering people are buyjng at this time of year for xmas this should be made clearer & I would have held off buying.
Waste of £130 & the jacket will be heading to a charity shop!

Nice products, but do not order from another country, when something is not like wish, you become no service at all. Even when they send you the wrong item you pay for the return shipment and the first shipment costs.

Ordered my son a tip for Xmas, 4days ago. Then got a email from them yesterday, saying my order had been cancelled. There was no explanation why😡😡😡😡😡 absolutely disgraceful company, don’t waste your time purchasing from them. They are a dreadful company

Absolutely disgusted by the treatment of this company, it’s outrageous that they think they can do this to customers, but heavily focused on their social media! Ordered a pair of the Moto jeans, paid for next day delivery and it came about 3 days late, not to mention the jeans were the incorrect jeans! I then go online to do a refund/exchange and they cheekily want you to pay £6 to return a product they got wrong! Then they take about 3-4 days to respond to my email, saying they were so sorry and how they looked into it “Internally” trying to sound professional when clearly it’s just your mistake! They then said I would get a refund (Still not received £35) and said to keep the jeans and they would send me out the CORRECT pair of jeans! Well…. That was a load of bullshit, still no refund and still not recieved this magical pair of Jeans they said they were going to send after stating “This is not how we want to treat our customers”sooooo in conclusion, no jeans, no refund and no response from this shameful company, shame on you, I don’t even want your stupid jeans now, why would I wear something from

J’ai commandé un ensemble de 166 euro chez eux mais il est resté bloqué à l’aéroport le seul moyen de le débloquer ces que l’expéditeur les appels pour me renvoyer le colis ma commande a était fait il y a 1 mois déjà j’ai beaux leur écrire sur leur réseaux sociaux ou leur envoyer des mails je n’est aucune réponse leur article sont bien mais le service client n’est pas à la hauteur ces vraiment dommage

Commande jamais reçu et aucun remboursement au bout de 2 mois.
Depuis le 19 novembre ils ne me répondent plus et ignore tous mes mails et messages sur tout leurs réseaux sociaux en continuant de poster comme si tout allait bien.
413 euros toujours pas rembourser et si on doit en venir là j’irai directement voir la justice pour mon remboursement.
Ce site est une arnaque ne commandez pas dessus.
La pire arnaque que j’ai subi de ma vie.
Je voulais juste me faire plaisir et cela a tourné en cauchemar…

This site is a scam, do not order from them.

Finalement remboursement reçu après 2 mois et demi à envoyer 20 mails par jour. À fuir.
