THEY ARE TRYING TO REMOVE ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE REAL!!!
Ordered from them and chose 48hr delivery in checkout via royal mail, thinking this was 48hr tracked or any other postage method they offer that would be delivered in 48hrs. Instead they sent it 2nd class standard, which even states on the royal mail website its AIMS to be delivered in 3 working days, nothing to be seen about 48hrs. I emailed americano goodies asking for my postage back as that is not what i paid for, was met with excuse after excuse and saying they will open a case with royal mail to see why delivery was delayed. I explained it wasnt delayed, royal mail delivered within the 3 day timescale as per their website so they arent going to help or refund it, You picked the wrong delivery method and its your fault. Still refusing to refund, i am now needing to raise a dispute with my bank over this! Will not be purchasing again, cannot deliver on time and broke the contract with regards to postage method!
Edit - was delivered after 4 days, not 3. Also can now see that they are leaving false good reviews for themselves, some with even the same surname 😂😂 well done for disguising that! On top of that, funny how both the new & fake reviews left about an hour ago (only a few hours after mine went live so 3 reviews in 1 day whereas in months and months previously there was only 7 reviews in total) funny how those reviews also mention fast shipping & handling time when thats what ive complained about i am reporting you to trust pilot and have opened a dispute with my bank!! Scammers!!
Edit again - I won the dispute becayse the company were in the wrong!!! Got the refund back for postage!

Hi Amena,
I can see from our email conversations that you were requesting the refund as you thought we have sent your parcel with the wrong service however, after we have explained that our contract with Royal Mail offers 2nd class service (48 Hours) and we attached an image to the email to confirm that and offered you a voucher as a gesture of goodwill. However, after that you have sent us an email which you still requested the refund, but the reason was not for using different service it was for the 1-day delivery delay (which was caused by Royal Mail). We have explained that as this is delay was caused by Royal Mail and completely out of our control so we have to contact Royal Mail and raise a complaint, this can be found in our T&C page which needs to be agreed on while placing the order.
The reason why you received the dispatch email on SUNDAY 22nd of May is because we had to work extra hard on SUNDAY so we can have all the orders ready to be collected by the shipping companies on the first working day MONDAY the 23rd of May. Dispatch time and collection days can be found on our delivery information page.
We are unable to refund shipping services that have been selected correctly for reasons I am sure you can appreciate. However, if you would like to get you order for free then we offer a free delivery service on orders over £50.
In-regards of deleting the reviews this CAN NOT be done as Trustpilot do not allow business to delete any review.

Both orders I have had have been spot on. Arrived the next day. Great selection of products. Only a few we want been out of stock.
Only issue is I set up my account & gone back to place another order and it says it’s not recognised so I can’t get back in. Also my promo voucher code wouldn’t work either.
