Put in an order for over £100 before Xmas and paid extra for next day delivery. It never arrived and when I asked for a refund a month later in January, I found Americano Goodies wouldn't answer any emails or phone calls. Disgusting behaviour. This is a complete scam. Americano Goodies are thieves. Do NOT use this company.

SCAMMERS…Dont use this company. An order was placed in early December. Over £100 taken. No parcel ever arrived. They don’t answer the phone, don’t reply to messages then block you when you call them scammers!!! I guess truth hurts!!!! Disgusting!!!!
This is not a false review, if you had replied to the numerous messages sent you would know instead of blocking us both. A friend ordered from you to deliver to me, you are ignoring the person who ordered from you and ignoring me the receiver of the gift! Therefore I stand by this review!!!

This company takes your money and runs. No shipment, no correspondence through email and won't answer phone. £84 through PayPal and they attempted to get my money back. Not a chance. Probably a guy in a closet in Pakistan. Claim to be a company in Poole but I have no idea. If anyone lives in Poole please drop by and kick them in the balls for me. Get my $113.00 back while you're there. I won't rest until I get my money back and legal action is taken against them. I'm raging and I'm on a mission now.

Ordered weeks ago, paid for next day delivery and have never received my order.
I have left messages, voicemails, contacted them online and email and had all my correspondence ignored. I am now £34 out of pocket and wish I had of checked reviews on this site before placing an order. I am reporting their company to the ombudsman and the others on here that have also been scammed should do the same to stop this happening to anyone else.

Really Poor! Ordered at the end of November, no correspondence. We have tried calling them, contacting them via social media and email. Nothing. No idea how we can get our money back

I placed an order on the 4th December and paid a hefty fee for "next working day" delivery. It is now the 18th of December and I have had no response from this company. I have e-mailed and have gone through their "contact us" section on their website and I haven't even received a confirmation that my messages have been received. My order was to be given as part of a Christmas gift...buggered that up for me haven't you Americano Goodies!

Similar to the previous review I ordered on 28th November, standard shipping, but nothing has arrived or been dispatched as at the 14th December. No emails or communication regarding dispatch or tracking. Used contact form on their website last this week with no response. I’d be more understanding if they replied and said they had been busy or there was a problem but as of yet nothing.

I made an order with Americano Goodies on the 7th with "next day delivery", as of yet nothing has even left their company.

All efforts to contact them go unanswered via their site, email and Facebook and their phone number listed on their website is no longer a valid phone number.

Avoid at all costs, I can only assume this is a fraudulent company and will be reporting it to the police via Action Fraud.

Made an order over a month ago and it's yet to arrive.
Contacted the support team with no answer by either email or facebook.

Lying about UK's #1 online retailer for American sweets.

Don't waste your money

Placed an order on 30th October, it never arrived. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times by email, phone and the messaging service on the website with no response. I have accepted that I am not going to receive my order and have reported the company to trading standards.

Please don't use this company. Steal your money and never respond back.

Tried every way possible.

Feel so sad I have been conned.

Order has been processing for a month.

What can we do as customers to get our money back.

It took almost a month to receive my order

Scam company, ordered for next day delivery but nothing arrived. Waited a few days and nothing so tried to contact but they did not answer telephone calls, emails, instagram messages for messenger messages. 9 days later they answered the phone, apologised and said I will get a 50% discount and then send the order out. A further 10 days later and still nothing has arrived and they are not answering calls or messages.

Order not received. Have emailed twice and received no response.

Order hasn't arrived. I have chased this TWICE and no response. Very disappointed as order contained items which were to be given as Christmas presents.

Ordered at 8:37am for NDD. Apparent cut off time for NDD is 2pm. Now late into the evening. Order still processing.

Update:

Had a call the next day to say that due to system errors no orders went out. Understandable, I work in IT and in my hay days have worked in retail; it happens. I did still request a refund as I ordered for a special occasion. So order no longer required.

I was originally very annoyed and left a negative review. Though system errors are understandable and the customer service they provided today made up for it. The gentleman was very apologetic over the phone and seemed extremely sincere. He even rang back a little later to offer a free gift as form of an apology, which is very kind.

I shouldn't of rushed to judge so soon, so I'm changing my review to 5 stars.

They have basically stolen my money at this point as far as I'm concerned. It started with them displaying items as in stock which they were not, they didn't even tell me that, before I had reached out to them, where I was told that they did send me an email saying that they were "out of stock" but I did not receive that email...
But now apparently their website is also down so i guess the gig is up. Fortunate for possible future victims of this s**t company.
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK A**HOLES!
