Not the same as what I was used to
Long story short the quality has decreased. The last two mystery boxes I ordered were so much better than the one I bought recently that it looks like a joke in comparison; the box is smaller and there's less items, also if the £50 mystery is supposed to be 8kg worth of products then I think I may have been scammed honestly. I couldn't leave the 5 star review since I rarely ever give them out, and I gave that review in the first place due to the grand uniqueness and quality. I may order from here again but definitely not any mystery boxes. I'll end by saying I'd like to have kept this at 5 star since this was the first online store I bought from and I liked them but the last purchase was just genuinely disappointing unfortunately.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We apologize for any disappointment you experienced with your recent mystery box purchase. We want to assure you that the weight of the boxes can vary as some products may be heavier than others. However, we always indicate the maximum weight of the box to provide transparency.
Regarding the items included, our boxes are carefully curated to offer a variety of products with a total value that exceeds £50. While the number of items may vary between boxes, we strive to ensure each box offers a great value for its price.
We understand your concerns and want to make things right. We kindly request that you send us an email at info@americanogoodies.co.uk with more details about the box you received. This will help us investigate the issue further and find a satisfactory resolution. We value your satisfaction and appreciate your feedback. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address this matter.

Couldn’t be better
I’m very happy with my order! There’s always been a few soft drinks I wanted to try, but I couldn’t ever find them in the UK unless they were unreasonably expensive. When I ordered, I thought it’d take a week or two to arrive. I was wrong. It took 2 days. What’s more, they even threw in a couple of Kit-Kats for free! I am absolutely satisfied, and I definitely plan to order here again.

Worst customer service ever
Worst customer service ever. Do not reply to emails for ages, then promise a refund and doesn’t give one. Hasn’t replied to last email still.
When making order get to delivery selection said next day £6.99 and stated 31/03/23 and then got the order 4 days later. Delivery Information given was false, refund promise also false. Also offered 15% off to order again. Would never use this company again.
