Easy and reliable on line ordering
We ordered almond barfi, pistachio barfi, motichoor ladu and kala jamun; enough for around 40 people. The ordering process was straightforward. Items were well packed and arrived in perfect condition. Delivery was on time.

Baby boy celebration box
Purchased the 20 piece baby boy celebration box online for a colleague of mine. The description clearly states a selection of different sweets in the box, but when the box was opened we found 20 pieces of the exact same sweet! Contacted Ambala via email and I am still waiting for a reply 5 days later. Disappointing experience and poor customer service.

Ambala has always been the only place I and my family buy mithai from ever since I was a child. I last had some mithai from there a week or so after Cake Box had taken over and it still had that same distinct Ambala taste and quality. However, my husband bought some today and to say we're disappointed is an understatement. The taste of the ladoo, balushai is very dry and bland, that distinct Ambala taste has gone, it tastes chrap, I'm so disappointed, I won't be ordering from here again

The product taste in the packet I opened has changed dramatically - the peanuts were over over cooked and it did not taste like it usually does
Updating after receiving response. I bought three packets, I threw the first one away and opened another - it’s the same.
