Dare una stella è pure troppo, ma se avessi messo zero, non avrei potuto scrivere la recensione. Sono passata nel negozio di Pescara, dando uno sguardo generale ai capi esposti. Dopo poco sono scappata via.....stoffe e rifiniture inguardabili. È meglio che si va dal cinese....
SCAM COMPANY
Ordered a dress thinking this was an English company based in London. When it arrived was a cheap shoddily made item. On contacting them they did everything in their power to prevent a return and for a refund to be made. Eventually I was provided with the return address - in China. I had to provide proof of posting - track and trace via Royal Mail, and pay the cost- £16.Contacted them again after a month and what a surprise! to find the item had been held up in Chinese customs, about which they could do nothing to help. Since then they have not replied to any further e-mails. I expect never to hear from them again, nor to receive my refund and of course there is no telephone number to contact them. I was horrified to read on Trust Pilot how many people have been duped by them. These scammers must be laughing all the way to the bank. You have been warned!!!

Poor quality and no refunds
Item was poor quality and poor fit. Followed return policy but all they kept saying was parcel was held in customs. They refused to give me a refund despite constant requests. All their products are very poor quality and you will never receive a refund. Do not order anything from them. They do not have an outlet in London all products come direct from China and it will cost a lot of money to return them.

Frustrating and inefficient - appalling experience
From start to finish dealing with this company has been frustrating and inefficient. Endless emails asking for information gave poor results and inadequate details.
Items have to be returned to the Far East - info that is not clear in main publicity. It is there but at end.
I was constantly given varying offers of discounts to keep my order, when I wanted to return it.
Returned on 7th July and still no refund!

Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs. The swimsuit I ordered was a different design and shape to the image shown on a well known platform, the sizing was way out and the "high-end" product "originally £90 now only £35.95" was shoddily made and poor quality. After quoting the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and asking for a refund in 14 days, I was "appeased" with the offer of filling out a comprehensive returns form and enclosing a multitude of paper work I had to locate MYSELF along with "a small fee of £9.95 to cover shipping fee (from China) for a replacement swimsuit and I "get to keep the original product". Bid deal! Citizens Advice, Trading Standards and Action Fraud are interested in this company, so my advice is STEER CLEAR. Meanwhile, I hope to recover MY money via my credit card company.

I ordered a swimsuit on FRI 22AUG25. Since then, I have had 7 emails advising that my order is on its way. According to the 'track your order', Evri is still expecting the order. I wish I had read all the reviews before I bought it.
Eventually it turned up - very inferior quality. I requested a refund. Cost of swimsuit £34.95. Postal charge to refund £9.95. It has to be sent back to CHINA. I have accepted a 15% refund. AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!
Amara is a joke. Do not buy
2 Items out of 3 certainly not as pictures on website. Cheap rubbish. I was offered a 25% refund but i wanted a full refund so paid £29 to return via PO tracked service. Items have been in customs for over 2 months then today arrive back at my address with a sticker saying items were never claimed in china.
All I wanted was a refund but I'm now almost £130 down and have 3 items that are complete rubbish. I will end up taking them to a charity shop. I've emailed customer services asking for a refund again but I'm betting they won't reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .
Absolutely do not touch this company with a barge pole. I'm now trying to sell on vinted to try and recover something!!!
Waited five weeks for delivery
Waited five weeks for delivery, was sitting in China airport, when eventually received item was poor quality and poor fit. Started returns form, needs to be track and trace which cost £28.90 to return 2 swimsuits. Beware of this shoddy company Amara -London!! Don’t think so ! Will see how long refund takes if ever! Shocking!!

I ordered £250 worth of clothes & kept 2. So expecting a refund of just under £220. I followed all the companies requirements for returns. My parcel is sitting in Chinese customs and has been for the last 6weeks. I note from many other trustpilot reviews - sitting in customs is the norm and the company then wash their hands & say this is not our fault.

Purchased clothing from website AMARAMELBOURNE.COM, very poor quality and sizing wrong. Contacted them by email provided to request a refund however they never replied. The email info@amaramelbourne is now not responding after my first two emails. This appears to be a scam and suggest people beware. Website amaramelbourne.com is operating. I am assuming this is the parent company as Amara Melbourne does not come up.
Amara-London disapointing
I foolishly purchased two dresses from Amara-London (shopamara-london.com) innocently believing they were being posted from London only to find out later they were arriving from China. On arrival eventually they were of such poor quality and extremely oversized. So disappointing. I had to pay £12.50 through Royal Mail to send the dresses back to China for goods that had already cost me £67. They have been held now at Chinese customs for 3 months and I have not received any update at all from customs or the company.....such a disappointing experience.

The reviews below are not for AMARA (which sells homewares) they are for a cheap clothing brand. Really strange the AMARA customer service team don't say so when they reply.
Be aware, keep away
I will try and summarise my reason for requesting a refund of £39.95 from Amara London.
1) Ordered, paid for, and received a dress for my wife from Amara London.
2) On the day of receiving the dress, she tried it on, did not fit. Contacted Amara London requesting a refund.
3) A refund was offered, providing I paid for return shipping. Amara supplied me with return address (China). I posted the parcelled dress to address given and supplied Amara London with shipping and tracking information.
4) The dress has been sitting in Chinese customs for the past month.
5) The bottom line is, I was offered a refund and have yet to receive it.
The public are led to believe this is a London based company, the reality being the goods are being shipped from China.
It is quite obvious from my experience and others complaining on this site that Amara London should not be allowed to trade.
Be aware, keep away.

Bought a pair of shoes from this company which advertises as Amara London- poor quality- return had to be sent back to China- no refund even though sent good back in May. I am owed money- how do I get it back. VERY bad service
