I'm another victim. Thankfully my bank already blocked the transaction on my behalf and then they phoned me strongly recommending me to cancel the card because it was exposed to the scammers. Please stay away from them

Absolutely terrible. Make you think it’s only 90p then take £29 from your bank!!! DO NOT USE!!!!

I wish I had seen the reviews on here first! I selected the £0.90 option and they took £29.90 and then £0.90. They also only invoiced for the £0.90. I have now cancelled the account, contacted my banks fraud team and ordered a new back card. Disgraceful company. Please do not use!

Absolute scam do not use they’ll take your hard earned money and be totally impossible to cancel I learned the hard way

SCAM SCAM SCAM - do not use this company. You think you are getting 7 days for 1.90 then they will take 29.90 EACH MONTH AND NOT LET YOU KNOW. I am currently trying to get my money back from my credit card company. Cant believe they are still allowed online selling this scam after so many people have been robbed!

This is a scam.
Do not use this company! They have fraudulently taken 3 months payment of £29 from my account. I thought I was paying a one off fee of £2 whilst volunteering with a charity to help with young adults applying for work. I hope they did not sign up too and are being scammed ... I used this as an example of how AI can help but now deeply regret it!

Scam!!! There is a hidden charge that is written in small letters but it says 90 cents but they charge an extra 30£!! Beware!! It’s also so difficult and complicated to cancel the membership! Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is 100% a scam. I wanted to get the 7 day unlimited access for £1.90 but they tried to take £29.90, thankfully I did not have the amt of money in my account at that time and it declined. I have now blocked them on my bank.

They are scam.please do not create any account with this website.this website is a scam website.there is no customer support.they just need access to your bank details.as soon as you give them your bank details they keep take money from your account.

i signed up for the 7 days and then googled the company. They basically tried to take £29.90 out of my account before the 90p went out!!!!
Its a scam, a complete an utter scam and these people need to be reported . I have contacted my bank and they have blocked the money going out and i have changed my bank details due to this.
So annoying.

I subscribed to Altresume, but after using it a few times, I realised that it didn't have much to offer. So, I unsubscribed it, but I still had two weeks' worth of subscription. Later, when I tried to download my saved CV and cover letters, the website didn't allow me to do it, rather it took me to the payment option every time. I emailed Altresume two times to sort out the problem, but they didn't even bother to reply to my email since I already had unsubscribed it....

This is an update as of 09/06/24. Please beware of this website! To me, they are just a spam website. They charged me £29.99 after a 7-day unlimited subscription period. As soon as I unsubscribed from the website, they took away my subscription benefits although I had more than 2-weeks worth of subscription left. In the reply to my email, they said I lost my account access when I unsubscribed. I sent them the bill copy of £29.99, but no response.

This company signs you up to a monthly subscription, and keeps taking your money. There is no way to cancel the subscription.
Do not use this website.

Emailed them to cancel within 3 days of 7 day trial. and twice they have taken 29.90 from my bank account and will not refund me.
STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

ABSOLUTE SCAM. They will just keep taking money from you in £29.90 increments.

Guys .Its a scam.
But just be calm and go to your gmail . You would have received an email with a login link to your account. Just click on it and on your account, Click “ My account- Overview- Cancel subscription “

They would ask for the 4 digit of your card . Just provide and you will get the 29.90 refund to your account.

This is an absolute scam they continue to take money have left me in minus in my bank account even tho I had cancelled and didn’t sign up in the first place DO NOT USE AT ALL not even their free trial as they will sign you up and won’t have any way to unsubscribe

I am absolutely furious with this company. They constantly take money from my account although I cancelled this subscription within a day of opening it. I have asked for re-reimbursement and to be fair they do, but then five days later retake money again. Don't bother joining this group, they are an absolute disgrace and need to be closed down.
