Good product and taste
I recently purchased the gluten free options and found the product and taste very nice. It was also a class touch putting in some additonal cans to try. Yes they are expensive but l am would certainly recommend them and am going to use them again. I will think of them as a nice and rewarding treat. All work and no play is no good for the mind or body.

Although on this occasion he wasn't able to fulfil our requirement he did send us a case of beer as a thank you for our enquiry.

Very happy with totally gluten free beer
As a coeliac I am delighted to have found a totally and properly gluten free beer supplier from the UK. I ordered the Random ale and am thoroughly enjoying it. Nice and citrusy and I'm happy with the cloudiness as it does not impact the flavour at all. Very happy and I will be coming back to order more !!

Naturally gluten-free beer which tastes great
Big fan of the Altgrain ales!
I recently got to try their range and am really impressed. Genuinely gluten-free and tasty too.
There are a few naturally gluten-free beers on the market which are just not tasty enough yet to keep buying, but Altgrain beers are absolutely worth it. My favourite is the Random Pale Ale, which even my non-coeliac friends enjoyed too.
I react to the 'deglutenised' gluten-free beers made with barley and so have to really search for a naturally gluten-free beer.
It is such a relief to be able to have a nice beer again. My only complaint is they are so easy and enjoyable to drink that they disappear too quickly!

Beer for Coeliacs
I seem to getting more and more sensitive to gluten and noticed that even 'gluten free' products can set of my coeliac symptoms. The altgrain beers are great tasting and I don't have to worry about them affecting me.

Tasty beer for a coeliac!
I'm newly diagnosed as coeliac so have been looking for truly gluten free beers (I still react to gluten removed beers like gf peroni). I ordered 6 cans of the blonde ale which arrived promptly and with two other cans of their IPAs thrown in for free to try. This was a nice touch and greatly appreciated. All were very tasty - will be ordering again!

I was having a gluten free peroni but…
I was having a gluten free peroni but recently even this was not agreeing with my gluten intolerance. Found this online and I had no problems with it and like the taste. It's only the cost stopping me from giving it a 5 star.

Blond ale is lovely
I am intolerant of wheat, barley and oats and thus of most beers. Blond ale however caused me no problems and was very enjoyable. Random Pale unfortunately I did react to and I dont understand why.

Thanks for the review Geoffrey. Glad the Blonde Ale hit the spot for you. I'm curious on the feedback on the Random Pale! Interestingly, both beers use the same base malts, although the Random Pale does contain a lot more hops, and it also uses a different yeast strain (Kveik yeast) to the Blonde. We don't use any ingredients that might possibly include gluten, so this means no wheat, barley or oats (although some would argue oats are safe, I agree with you so we don't use them). It might be worth exploring if you have a yeast intolerance? I do hope your reaction wasn't too uncomfortable for you and that you'll come back when you're thirsty for our Blonde Ale again. Oh and thanks again for the informative feedback!

Beer tastes amazing, no trace of gluten in the making so no fear of contamination. well worth the money for a special occasion.

I am so pleased with the beer
I am so pleased with the beer, it tastes great and I cannot tell the difference between that and a normal one. My only thing stopping me from giving the beer 5 stars is the price. If it was slightly cheaper I'd not hesitate! Great product though. Will defo buy again despite price!
