Everything was perfect
Everything was perfect. Except for one thing there was no communication via email or text the product just showed up. So I wasn't sure if it was actually coming.

Not what I ordered
The part I ordered looks nothing like the picture. It appears that it is homemade, maybe it will work , maybe it won't. Haven't tried yet. Also standard shipping rate was over $17 and the part was only $5.

I ordered a replacement pad for a full circle TRIGON180 /triangle shaped sander. You sent a flex edge 2.0 replacement pad rectangle, I have no use for this. I have reordered the correct pad and some 9" sanding discs. do you want the other pad back? it's only $5 so it's no big deal but still need a credit. I have just set up an account.

Great with ordering easily online products gets shipped and delivered in a very timely manner.
I had one product that had got sent back from ups and as soon as Al's received the product back they automatically refunded money back to my card with out having to make one call or email
