Costumer service are very rude. Low quality of service. Website lies on the delivery time. The reseller and courier are not sync both of them will tell you to call one and the other. It's been 8 days now and I haven't received my bike event the courier don't have an update when they will delivery it hahaha. What kind of business do you there to you who's reading this save yourself from headaches and live this store now.

I got this bike for my son. And it’s absolutely amazing. Well worth what I paid for it.

Easiest of transaction to buy and get information on bike etc.
To improve the site for each bike have section "whats in the box" like on other sites

Good afternoon, sorry I can’t give full statues as I am still awaiting purchase from courier as it was due for delivery 13/12 but unfortunately did not arrive or had been contacted awaited full day so had contacted them to have been told that it hadn’t even left their depo and was down to human error Rescheduled for 18/12.

I was really impressed by Alphascootz as they supported me with the purchase of a new ebike. I wanted an upgrade to it which they were able make really simple for me and gave me some good advice. Shipping of the product was free and took just a couple of days, with the courier arriving dead on time. The product is fantastic and came with some freebies which I think Alphascootz could have mentioned in their product listing, as another vendor had done so, which had tempted me to purchase through them (cable lock, phone mount, mirrors).

They advertise a discount, give a code for "signing up" which then does not work. So won't be buying from here

Really well put together bike rides smooth and fast, impressed by the quality, nice to not feel ripped off for once in this country! Comes with absolutely everything you need. lights front and back, horn, even a phone mount which is solid. Not sure of the charging time yet but I do suspect it’s not a fast charger.

3, WAT ARRIVED WAS A 250 MOTOR
4, SO WE CAN SEE THE ISSUE YOU MISSOLD A 750 BEING A 250.

Purchased Ep2 Pro 750, never recieved 250 not once but twice they sent the same 250 and not the 750 and 3rd time tried sending another by saying it was a 750 but had a 250 label on it.
1, MISLEADING ADD SELLING A EP2 PRO 750.
2, INCORRECT LABELLING ON BIKE.
3, THEY LIE SAYING ITS A 750 MOTOR WITH A DODGY 250 MOTOR LABEL.
4, TEST RIDEN AND CLEARLY WAS NOT A 750 MOTOR INFACT IT WAS A 250 MOTOR

I am extremely disappointed with my experience ordering from Alpha Scootz. I purchased an item for £899 on December 2, 2024, and the delivery was scheduled for December 9, 2024, between 1:00 PM and 4:00 PM. However, the delivery never arrived, and the courier, BJS Family, claimed the delivery was rescheduled without notifying me.

To make matters worse, the courier blamed "adverse weather conditions," but there was no rain or storm in Portsmouth on that day. I had to leave work early—jeopardizing my professional reputation—to ensure I would be home, but no one showed up.

Alpha Scootz has chosen to partner with a delivery company that clearly lacks responsibility and accountability. Instead of resolving the issue, I was left with slow and unhelpful communication. I’ve now had to request a full refund and compensation for my lost work hours.

I cannot recommend Alpha Scootz due to their poor choice of delivery partners and lack of support when things go wrong. Avoid this retailer if you value your time and money.

Als je een vraag hebt over onderdelen en deze via mail verstuurt sturen ze geen oplossing dus dienst na verkoop is er blijkbaar wel maar een beetje laat

Good solid bike had a few issues with charger but after speaking to them they sorted the problem out straight away would trust and definitely buy again

I give this company 5 star delivery in time I hade a issue with delivery company I contacted them and the respond quickly send me other parcel recomended
