Very pleased overall.
Very pleased overall.
Good quality product, in the composite fencing.
We also used the composite posts. The only difficulty is in cutting out the channels in the posts, to fit in the panels.
If you haven’t got a router, they are difficult to cut.

Having already ordered and paid we then received an email stating that we were pre purchase even though the website made no mention at the time. Once their stock arrived from their supplier the service was very good and we were informed promptly of our delivery date and the delivery was carried out almost to the minute. The fencing was a self install and was extremely easy to carry out for anyone with basic DIY skills and a decent set of tools. The resulting fence looks very pleasing and appears to be very durable.

Hi,
Thank you for your detailed feedback. We apologise for the initial confusion regarding the pre-order status.
I have checked back over with the team and cannot see an instance where it wasn't shown on the website about the pre-order status but I am sorry if your order came within a small update period where statuses may change on the site.
We always strive to ensure the correct information is clear and available at all times and appreciate your understanding.
We're glad to hear that once the stock arrived, the service met your expectations and that the installation process was straightforward. It's great to know you’re pleased with the final result.
Thank you,

Great quality product
Great quality product, great customer service. Delivery driver very attentive. Found the trellis a bit flimsy but other than that cannot fault our composite fencing. Getting ready to start the back but have decided not to add trellis this time.

Hi Pamela,
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you're pleased with the quality of our product and service. We appreciate your note on the trellis— we do offer one of the thickest trellises on the market but of course take the feedback on board and will pass it on.
Look forward to hearing from you soon.
Thank you,
Alpha Decking.
