Alpha Decking Anmeldelser

Excellent fence, quick delivery, good price

Helpful
Kept us updated on our order

Good communication from initial sending of samples and information to advice on what was needed before finally placing the order. The customer service over the phone was very helpful and courteous. Delivery date was as agreed and the delivery driver was very prompt, friendly and helpful. The materials provided fitted together very well and were easily assembled into the existing concrete posts. We are very pleased with the finished fence. I would be happy to recommend this company to any of my friends.

Excellent quality and service. The delivery gentleman talked us through how to fit the panels together along with very helpful tips. Highly recommended.

Excellent product, the customer service was great delivery by their own vehicle and the driver was really friendly and helpful. Instalation was straightforward and the end result is excellent. Highly recommended all round.

I ordered slats with the additional extras. The total order was over £2,800.
Chelsea was amazing at advising what I needed to buy, very patient and knowledgeable so I would rate her 5 stars. An asset to the company.
My issue is when I ordered additional slats and needed to return 2 poles from the 1st order, her Manager did not allow the return even though the delivery for the extra slats were paid for by me and being delivered. There was no additional cost to Alpha Decking.
The lack of flexibility was indeed very disappointing which is why ordering with online companies always puts me off and I prefer the local DIY shops such as Wickes, B&Q etc. They are far more flexible in regards to returns.

Cancelled order with no real explanation, waste of time don't bother!

Cannot fault the extremely high standard of customer service i received. I was kept well informed at all times about my order. They were very helpful with my numerous queries. They were very quick and efficient to rectify an error on my order caused by myself.
Product is fantastic and simple to errect.
5 stars doesn't reflex how happy i am with Alpha Decking.

Chelsea was superb from start to finish and went the extra mile to ensure the delivery was made promptly. Joe delivered the fencing and he too ensured that everything went smoothly.
We chose the charcoal composite fencing for a modern look and the contractors were pleased with the way it assembled.

Communication was good, delivery was exactly as advised, product is good quality and fence looks great

We looked at a number of companies to purchase our Composite Fencing and the process with most of them was rather complicated. With Alpha Decking it is very simple, you enter the panel height, width, how many panels required, and it works out what you need.
Delivery was prompt - we requested as early as possible and the driver was on our doorstep at 07.00 on the requested day.
Installation was very simple and the finished fencing looks amazing.

Superbly knowledgeable people that I dealt with. Friendly and efficient.
The decking is good quality and I cannot wait for the job to be finished, weather permitting.

I cannot fault the professional service I have received received from Alpha decking. Unfortunately a couple of
Planks were the different to my
order, however the manager took time
to call me despite being on a family holiday and quickly rectified this. Thank you Alpha Decking for going above and beyond in quickly dispatching the additional planks and for the goodwill gesture also I also received.

The whole team at Alpha Decking are fantastic, they're really helpful and knowledgeable about the products. The delivery came on time and the driver was exceptionally good, he carefully unloaded all the products, stacked them neatly and was very polite and helpful.

I ordered composite fencing in Anthracite and it looks amazing! The quality is excellent and my installers said it was easy to fit once you get the plumb line right (my garden slopes slightly).

I will definitely use Alpha Decking again, I've already recommended them to friends!

Having researched composite fencing thoroughly I found Alpha Decking to be one the cheapest. I requested the sample pack and was happy with the quality of the fencing. Everyone I spoke with at the company have been great and have answered numerous simple and technical questions that I had. Numerous updates regarding stock and delivery dates were given. Delivery was on the date given with the fencing being offloaded and advice offered regarding the installation. The quality of the fencing is superb. I was so pleased I ordered a gate from the company. Again the quality of the gate and posts is outstanding. I do not write many reviews but feel that credit is deserved by the team who have provided great customer service and a great quality product that was excellent value for money. I would recommend this company to my friends and family. A big thanks to Dan, Joe and Chelsea.

I can be very sceptical, but on this occasion the product is everything it promises to be. For me, Alpha provided help and information throughout the entire project. From advice and calculating my materials list in advance, through to taking back and refunding any decking left over.
I would happily recommend the team at Alpha!

Great product Great ServiceI will

1st rate company, excellent staff who communicate well and go above and beyond expectations. Quality product, very pleased with our decking !

The decking material seems fine, although it seems expensive for what it is. And £80 for delivery is a bit heavy. One of the lengths of bullnose was chipped and scratched - the delivery guy insisted on unloading himself hence I didn’t see it until he’d gone. Having waited so long for it to be delivered I decided to put up with it.
I thought they were a local company (Reigate) but apparently it’s Essex. During the (long) delivery period, I was told its first come first served. Not what you want to hear when you’ve spent almost £900! It’s done now and I’m pleased with the look and feel of it.

Quick and easy to talk to, Chelsea is always at the end of the line to advise when needed. I am very happy with the service i received from alphadecking. Dan the CEO always reply to my email even on a weekend.
Thank you all at alpha
