Alpha Decking Anmeldelser

Very helpful, and quality was brilliant and so was the price . Fence has totally transformed the garden .product was delivered on time .

Fantastic product does exactly what it says. Great value for money and looks absolutely amazing when installed.

I've used Alpha Decking a few times now. Excellent product and made to last. Decking that I laid about 5 years ago still looks like new, so I came back for more! Helpful team and reliable delivery. Really pleased.

It started with great service by supplying a sample pack of fencing free of charge. When I was hesitant about the colour for a second fence I was planning to replace, Chelsea made sure I received a second pack of samples to reflect those colours. From the samples, you could get a hands on feel of the quality of the product.

The ordering and delivery process was easy and they made sure that I was kept informed at all times; receiving emails and texts (even an hour before the goods were delivered) to ensure I was not inconvenienced. The goods arrived in their own van, and checked thoroughly by the driver.
The fence was easy to install and looks really good.

I plan to replace more fencing later on, and will certainly be using them for that

Ordered a composite fencing sample pack and was quite impressed with the quality of the panels.
As I was spending a lot of money without seeing any finished product I was rather hesitant to go ahead, so I rang the company and talked to the girls on the phone.
They were very polite and knowledgeable about the products so I went ahead and ordered the fencing posts and panels.
Delivery was quick and efficient, and I assembled the fence in less than a day.
I was very impressed with the finished item as is everybody who sees it, and what is even better no more painting the fence...

Had email contact from Alpha Decking when I had received my fence samples offering advise but without any pressure.nRight the way through from choosing the right system to the company advising me on how much to buy, everything went smoothly. The product is high quality and the finished installation looks great. I would definitely use Alpha Decking again in the future.

Excellent service, excellent product.

Fast delivery and friendly helpful driver . Easy to erect and looks good - hopefully will last many years .

Fantastic product at a reasonable price and very helpful team would recommend this company

Great friendly knowledgeable staff. Deliveries always made when advised and kept notified of delivery time.

And best of all a great quality product at very competitive price - the end restul looks great around our garden (we had fencing)

I am very pleased with the fencing and the service.
We had a gate made to measure and it is very good quality.
I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.

Prompt delivery, easy to install. Highly recommended. Looks amazing.

A very good product very easy to install helpful staff and very prompt with delivery

Delivery was by Alpha themselves, ensuring the product arrived in good condition. The fencing is really sturdy, looks great and is easy to install - perfect!

Quality good & delivered on time. One tar off for a few panels with minor damage and one bad panel which delivery driver promised would be replaced and hasn’t .

I was, understandably, nervous at spending a four figure sum on fencing when I'd only seen a sample.

That said, the panels are a joy to work with and cut easily, although you will need a fine tooth panel saw. There is virtually no flex in the panels, so the installed fencing feels really solid and fits together on a tongue and groove principle.

Also bear in mind that I was installing composite panels to replace wooden ones that had been storm damaged, so had gravel boards and concrete posts already in place (hence the need to cut the panels).

The finished fence looks great and because it's composite I don't have to worry about it rotting or painting it every year or so.

I had a web chat with Chelsea before ordering to explain what I thought was a difficult to explain / understand sizing issue with an odd sized gap between existing posts. She quickly understood the problem and made sure I didn't have an issue with the bottom panel, which is a reduced height panel. So thank you Chelsea, she is an asset to the Company.

Honestly cannot praise Alpha Decking highly enough. They were great to deal with, delivery was efficient and as expected and the installed fencing looks fantastic.

Simple ordering process and installation guidelines. Quick delivery time, excellent and responsive after sales service. A great looking composite fencing solution!

Great company to deal with. Fast delivery and superb customer service, especially when ordering items we forgot to add to first order! Delivery on time & delivery driver very helpful. We are so happy with the composite fencing that we ordered & would highly recommend using Alpha Decking.

Delivered as planed.
