I recently had an issue which later was a very simple solution but I contacted Alogic messaging service and had a super helpful human on the other end that waited until we were sure it was back and running. Great service!

I purchased a Triple 4K 'displayport' (MX3) docking station to use with a combination of monitors. I was a little unsure of how it would go prior to purchase, but read the specs & seemed like it should work. Now I've been using it for some time I'm extremely happy. Great access to all screens including the laptop screen, an older one that I needed to use an adaptor to connect & two others are daisy chained together & work perfectly = 4 Screens - I've even trialed a 5th monitor in the remaining slot & that worked as well. Couldn't be Happier - Great Products that do what they are designed to do.

Another product on my order was discontinued, I was contacted by the Customer Support Exec, who offered a replacement, dearer product, for the same price in it's place. They patiently contacted me repeatedly (my fault for not checking that email account) until we had it resolved - EXCELLENT customer service!

Product got delayed but I didn't mind it because Customer support was on point. The responded within hour when I asked where my product is, gave me exact estimate when it will be delivered and they were in contact with me all the way until product was delivered. Amazing!! Rarely seen, but it deserves recommendation

I decided that I would purchase a computer system that I wanted. I upgraded from a Mac mini to a Mac Studio, and then searched for a monitor to match. After reading the reviews, I decided to splurge on a 27" Alogic Clarity 4K monitor and I'm sure not disappointed. The image on this monitor is worthy of its name. There are multiple ways to hook it up....HDMI, USB-C, etc and all the different cables are included. It's definitely a quality monitor, and a nice saving from going all out on an Apple Studio display. I had some set up questions and submitted them online. Within minutes, I was talking to a tech rep who walked me through everything. The only drawback is the many monitor options are accessible using confusing small buttons on the bottom of the monitor....There could be a better method. Still, I'm very happy with my purchase.

The product is outstanding, had a sma issue with the power bank but the customer service and speed to resolve this was outstanding, thanks again.

I asked to purchase packaging to transport my monitor. They shipped it to me for free. Excellent, fast service. Really impressive.

Alogic were responsive to my questions online and product was sent quickly.

The support I received to help problem solve was made easy with well designed instructions and when that didn't work I got a call when that didn't work the hardware was replaced and it was done quickly and arrived today and I'm now back up and working. Get support team.

I recently purchased the ALOGIC Clarity 27” UHD 4K Monitor and I must say, I am extremely satisfied. The monitor arrived in just 3 days (to Paris) and was very well packaged. The quality of the screen is excellent and it was easy to assemble. It works perfectly with my Mac Mini M2, and the price is very reasonable compared to Apple's equivalent. The colors are stunning, making it a joy to use. Additionally, the customer support is very responsive to all my questions, which is perfect.

I highly recommend this monitor and would definitely buy it again!

Der Monitor überzeugt mit seiner Leistung, jedoch enttäuscht der Kundenservice. Der Monitorständer hält den Monitor schief, obwohl ich vorher angefragt hatte, ob dies mit dem Ständer funktioniert. Die einzige Lösung, die mir von alogic angeboten wurde, ist die Rücksendung des gesamten Produkts für einen kompletten Austausch. Dies verstehe ich nicht, da ich mehrfach betont habe, dass ich zunächst nur den Ständer austauschen möchte und, falls das nicht funktioniert, den Monitor zurücksenden würde. Da ich den Monitor beruflich nutze, erwarte ich, dass mir zuerst der Ersatz geschickt wird, um nicht tagelang ohne Monitor arbeiten zu müssen.

Nach einer 2-Sterne Bewertung hat der Support endlich angefangen nachzudenken. Wir haben, wie von mir angefordert, nur den Ständer ausgetauscht und mein Problem wurde gelöst. Der Monitor steht jetzt gerade. Der Support wollte beides austauschen. Jetzt funktioniert alles.

I knew I didn't need the product before it even arrived, and it was too late to cancel shipping. Their website doesn't explain how to return an item so I emailed them. They asked a few questions (like what was the condition of the item) and have now ignored my emails for two weeks. It's an unopened product where I'm willing to pay shipping to return it. This is unacceptable.

Having spent 6 years with Apple's 27" Retina, I wanted something bigger, but without the eye-watering cost of the Pro XDR. After months of reading/watching reviews of all the other options, I finally opted for Alogic's 32" Clarity.

For the price, you can't knock it all. Superb stand which is heavy, beautifully constructed and adaptable, large glossy screen and great performance. As other's have stated, it's a little 'hissy' if you are in a silent room and the screen performance is nowhere near Apple's Retina, but it is a 7th of the price, and that I can most definitely live with!

It does take some configuring to get the screen to where I need it for professional purposes, and the control buttons can be a bit of a faff at times, but once done, it really is a decent monitor for the price and I'm unsure why more people are not singing it's praises?

Extremely professional and responsive Customer Services.
I ordered a 27" Touchscreens with the tilt stand and the Clarity pen. Frankly I was a bit worried as I read some negative customer experience but in reality, it is one of the most satisfactory customer experience I had in the last year.
1) The products are of great quality and fully conform to the description. It is a pleasure to use and reduces the number of cable to work with!
2) Unlike I read in previous reviews the set up of the specific drivers and software for my M2 MacBook was simple, fast and without issue. 5 minutes to unpack, 5 min to set up the hardware on the desk, 5 min to install the software from the web sitea nd you are ready to go.
3) but the best is for the end: Shipment and customer care is TOP quality. I had fear the shipment would be delayed hearing there was a backlog in the order fulfilment and would reach my home while I was out. I contacted the Customer Service to share my concern. From thereon, I got regular feedback from them on the status of the shipment. They organised to ship as soon as they could and kept me informed of the progress almost on a daily basis. Shipment notice to effective delivery was incredibily fast (a few hours in between NL and Belgium!).
Eventually I got the upgraded version of the pen without extra fee and again with a delivery status follow up of Prime quality.
Highly recommended!

Very fast and kind costumer service, even with my many questions! Highly recommend Alogic and their Customer service! I still need to test my purchased products, but the building quality of them seems very high. Fingers crossed I dont have any pixel errors on the 27" Alogic touch 4K screens!
