Make sure you really want it if you're going to order from them. Worst customer service ever. I ordered a monitor during the Black Friday sale as a Christmas gift. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to return it. It was unopened and in the original packaging (verified by photos). They would not make any exception to their 14 day return policy. It had been 23 days, so 9 days past the policy, not months. It is still a current product that they are selling. Absolutely horrible customer service experience. Who doesn't need some extra time during the holidays? I would never order from them again. Go with a retailer that cares about their customers, not their bottom line.
Customer was great helping with courier issue.
Had problems with the courier company saying delivery was made when it wasn't. Mitul from support was really helpful and when a resolution wasn't forthcoming from the courier a replacement was delivered within a few days. Great customer service.
Outstanding Charging Solutions with Exceptional Customer Support
I recently purchased the Matrix Ultimate 3-in-1 Wireless Charger and the Matrix+ Universal Wireless Car Charger, and both have been fantastic! The customer service is outstanding. The post office delivered the package to the wrong address and I directly contaced the Alogic Support. They immediately took action and tried everything to redirect the package. In the end they sent me a completely new one which arrived very quickly. I’m absolutely amazed by there support, truly recommend it!!
CUSTOMER SERVICE AMAZING
Awesome Product and Awesome Monitor! I called with a hundred questions on how to get the monitor set up with a secondary monitor and they spent over an hour and a video chat helping me get the dual monitor set up dialed in. He showed me how to match colors and more. Can't say enough about the customer service. The monitor itself is awesome, touch screen and the swivel work perfect. The monitor has amazing clarity and works stellar for my video editing. BUY!

Gute Protukte / Schlechter Kundenservice
Ich habe drei Monitore von Clarity Pro Touch 27" UHD 4K-Monitor mit 65 W PD, Webcam und Touchscreen sowie weiteres Zubehör der Firma in zwei Bestellungen bestellt. Einer der drei Monitore weist einen ersichtlichen Hardwaredefekt auf und ist nicht verwendbar.
Die Produkte entsprechen meinen Erwartungen und erfüllen ihren Zweck. Bei einer Reklamation ist der Service jedoch sehr schlecht. Die gesamte Kommunikation beläuft sich inzwischen auf insgesamt 26 E-Mails (in der Zeit vom 26.10.2024 bis 07.11.2024) zwischen mir und dem ALOGIC Kundenservice sowie 4 Briefe, die sie per Post (Einschreiben Rückschein) erhalten haben. Da der Kundenservice derzeit keine weitere Kommunikation zum Sachverhalt des defekten Monitors führt und seitdem 05.11.2024 nicht mehr antwortet, werde ich den gesamten Vorgang nun anwaltlich prüfen lassen.

I have ordered three monitors from Clarity Pro Touch 27’ UHD 4K monitor with 65 W PD, webcam and touchscreen as well as other accessories from the company in two orders. One of the three monitors has an obvious hardware defect and cannot be used.
The products meet my expectations and fulfil their purpose. However, the service is very poor when I make a complaint. The entire communication now amounts to a total of 26 emails (in the period from 26/10/2024 to 07/11/2024) between me and ALOGIC customer service as well as 4 letters that they received by post (registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt). As customer service is currently not communicating any further regarding the defective monitor and has not responded since 5 November 2024, I will now have the entire process reviewed by a lawyer.

Furchtbare Kommunikation. Ich wollte einen Artikel zurückschicken und habe mich über den Support bzgl. der Rücksendung gemeldet. Diese versicherten mir, dass sich innerhalb von 2 Tagen jemand bei mir meldet. Dies geschah nie. Über den E-Mail Support musste ich den gesamten Fall wieder aufrollen und wurde anschließend erneut ignoriert. Das ganze ist jetzt über eine Woche her...

Responsive Support After Delivery Delay
I had an issue with a very delayed delivery due to the delivery partner, which was frustrating. However, Alogic's support team was responsive and helped resolve the situation, including a compensation for the inconvenience. While it wasn’t the smoothest experience, I appreciated their efforts to make things right in the end.

I bought 2 monitors at Alogic. Though these weren´t in stock I got a direct contact to be informed about date of delivery. Very smart contact. Monitors were delivert earlier than stated. Perfect.
The product itselfs are of very good quality. Nothing to complain. Have bought several times and will buy again. Recommendation!

I had what I thought was an issue with a phone/watch charger, supplied by Alogic, which I received help with and the problem is now resolved, because Alogic reached out. Entirely happy.

Excellent service. Negotiated with a chatbot who very quickly turned into a real human being, and they could not have been more helpful. Organised delivery within a very tight time frame, the screen has arrived, plugged it in and it works nicely...off we go....
