An issue arose where I needed help. I contacted them via email and they got back to me very quickly.
However, the item arrived at the wrong address that might have been an error on my side, I'm not sure.

Regused refunding full charge for wrong items
I ordered a red scarf and 2 bottles of what is claimed to be pure origional ithmid eye kohl. I recieved an orange scarf and their eye product is also cheaply botteled in bottles that are origionally roll perfume. once they had the items back refunded only price of items charging me around 3-4 pounds for their delivery and refused to refund it.

Shemagh Purchase
Ordering, delivery and delivery notifications were all good. I ordered a simple Shemagh and only not a 5 as there’s minor stitching and it needed a few washes to get the manufacturer odours out. Otherwise nice soft cotton.

I bought the black seed oil and black seed sidr honey. Absolutely love them! I’ve been having issues with my throat and this seems to be helping. Will definitely be purchasing again.
