Very disappointed with the quality of the Bias Satin Pants from Almada Label. The pants arrived with visible pulls in the satin fabric. For a product at this price point, this level of quality is unacceptable. Satin should be smooth and flawless, but these pants already look damaged straight out of the package. The quality simply does not justify the price.
Company refuses to honor EU laws of EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 13, which requires the trader to reimburse all payments received from the consumer, including standard delivery costs, when a contract is withdrawn in full. Also all returns must be shipped to netherlands and they charge full cost of return 15EUR and intial shipping cost. This is a finnish brand but goods probably come from china since delivery too very long.
Also the quality of the trousers ordered was very low, they charge 300e but the quality is same polyester you get from H&M with a fraction of the cost.

Unfortunately I must say that I am disappointed. The clothes that I ordered smell musty, so I couldn’t keep them. Also, this Almada Label is charging you shipping cost from Finland to Germany €30 . Simple they don’t refund the entire amount when you send something back to them.
This is not okay!
I have never experienced worse customer service. It took over a month to get help with a return that couldn't be registered online. The company has no phone number and barely responds to emails or Instagram. Don't order from here!!
Impossible to deal with this brand from the UK as they have no customer service contact. Despite many attempts to communicate with them about my order, via both email and their Instagram, I had absolutely no response. Returns too are very complicated, and like another reviewer I’m lost on where my return is and when I will be refunded — with no communication and no one to ask!! My advice is don’t buy direct from this brand from UK.
I recently reviewed your product description for cashmere products, and I noticed that you refer to the material as "Mongolian cashmere." I believe this may be a typo or an unclear reference. To avoid confusion, I’d like to point out that "Mongolian cashmere" typically refers to cashmere sourced from Mongolia, an independent country, whereas "Inner Mongolian cashmere" refers to cashmere from Inner Mongolia, a region in Mainland China. These are distinct regions with different characteristics in their cashmere production.
For accuracy and clarity, I recommend updating the description to specify "Inner Mongolian cashmere" if that is the region of origin, or correcting the spelling to "Mongolian cashmere" if it is sourced from Mongolia. This distinction is important to ensure transparency and avoid misleading customers.
My favorite Brand for quality timeless fashion pieces.
I have at least 7 pieces and thinking of buying more, because I just love the brand and quality.
Note: yes their return is not cheap (it is to Finland), but you can get the brand now also on plenty of fashion store sides. In Germany for example at Breuninger if you want to avoid return costs.
I purchased a coat from here over a month ago, it arrived very quickly, it was a beautiful coat as expected... but did not fit my frame, so I decided to return it. After requesting the return it took a few days to get a reply "we will send a return label very soon" (very soon meaning another couple of days). I shipped it back promptly and have been watching the tracking to ensure it would arrive to it's destination. Well, its been 11 days since it arrived and I still have not heard anything about my refund. Their website states it will take 5 days after arrival to be sent the refund, which obviously is not true since I can't even be acknowledged. I sent an email two days ago to request an update and of course I have not heard anything yet. I am really disappointed because truly the clothes that they offer are beautiful and I would have probably purchased other things in the future if I had not had such a poor experience thus far. It is frustrating having to pay so much for the return as well, though I was aware of that going into it. I understand sometimes things get busy and timelines get pushed, but I really am just asking for some type of update so I don't feel in the dark with such a large sum.
