My First Time review with the site
I purchased the Crimson Desert Deluxe Edition on the site, but when I tried to use it, it was not available in my country. On the website, I did not see any indication that it was region-locked. I emailed support to see if I could exchange the US version for a version based on my region, but I was basically told I'm out of luck.
Edit: AllYouPlay support contacted me via email and resolved the issue quickly.

Svar fra ALLYOUPLAY
Hello,
We are incredibly sorry to hear about the frustration regarding your purchase of the Crimson Desert Deluxe Edition. It is never our intention to leave a customer feeling "out of luck" when a region-lock issue arises.
We want to make this right immediately. We have processed a full refund for your order, and to help make up for the inconvenience, we would like to offer you a special discount code for your next purchase.
We are currently reviewing our product pages to ensure region restrictions are even more visible to avoid this in the future.

Pretty good
Quite good but didn't like being asked for such personal information, I lied about my home address, you don't need that info, but, the sale was fast and easy and it was a great deal, best by at least 10$ over all other sites listed on gg deals.
