Region Locked Key recieved when I thought I was buying a Global Key.
Bought a key off their product page that specifically said would work in my region. Paid for it and instantly received it but the key would'nt activate in my region.
Sent them an email, no response, opened a ticket on their discord, no response.
Will update my review if I my problem is resolved.

A few years ago I tried to buy V Rising…
A few years ago, I tried to buy V Rising from Allyouplay, but my region wasn't supported, so I never completed a purchase. I recently tried the site again, thinking this might have changed.
When I tried to reset my password, the reset link (url722.allyouplay.com) triggered a certificate warning, with the certificate issued to sendgrid.net. After attempting the reset, my account was banned for "suspicious activity."
I tweeted them about the certificate issue but received no response, even though they continued posting promotions on X.
I understand that stores need fraud prevention, but banning a legitimate customers account because of a false positive, without a clear explanation is unprofessional. It made me question whether I wanted to buy from them at all.
Update: After I posted this review, Allyouplay responded and lifted the ban. I eventually found their email in my spam folder. They acknowledged that the ban was a false positive, apologized and offered me a 20% discount voucher as compensation. They also said their IT team was investigating the password reset issue.
I used the voucher to purchase Borderlands 3 for €13.99. So, to their credit, they did eventually respond, acknowledge the mistake and offer compensation. However, it took a public review to get a response after my initial messages and tweets went unanswered.
For comparison, I've been using a grey market key store since around 2013 without ever having my account banned. When I received an incorrect key, their support resolved the issue by refunding me. Overall, I'm glad Allyouplay eventually addressed the false ban and the discount was appreciated. However, the initial experience was unnecessarily frustrating and the lack of timely communication damaged my trust in the store. Hopefully, they improve their security checks and customer support so other legitimate customers don't have to go through the same experience.
For now, I am changing my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because they eventually acknowledged the mistake and offered compensation. If my future experiences with Allyouplay are positive and everything goes smoothly, I will update this review again and adjust the rating accordingly. I believe businesses deserve credit when they make things right, but trust has to be earned.

Very good website
I enjoyed every bit of the website. Got banned immediately for no reason
Got banned immediately after creating my account for no reason i didn´t even get to do anything just added game to cart tried to check out and i was banned, and no answer to my email for several days, people have reported getting banned for false positives for many years now and they still haven´t fixed it.
