Code redemption doesn't work properly if you are using an adblocker. Keep that in mind lest you freak out like I did! I was using uBlock Origin and after I deactivated it, everything worked fine.

Creo que me he librado de una buena estafa, el precio era demasiado bueno.
RESPUESTA A LA EMPRESA:
Me meto a la tienda, busco el juego y me sale, por lo tanto, es región global o por lo menos la mía, ¿no?, si me sale así, será porque es mi región... Le doy a comprar y me sale que el producto no está disponible para usted o su país..., aquí yo pregunto: ¿El producto no está disponible en mi país o región (Europa)? ¿O mi dinero vale menos que el de otros? Sea cual sea la respuesta, me da igual. Para mí eso es una estafa y yo ya he comprado el juego en otro sitio, más caro, pero más seguro.

Had some issues with the payment at…
Had some issues with the payment at first. Needed to provide my PayPal email: weird? Never seen that before? And when I provided it and clicked to proceed, it didn't do anything. Had to refresh the page first. Apart from that: got the key within seconds after paying and worked just fine.

Most of the reviews seem to be excellent 5/5 so maybe my negative experience is a once off, (except for the negative reviewers who had the same issue as me)
This is just my experience, clearly as can be seen from other reviewers, your experience may vary.
I purchased a copy of Subnautica via this website but the key never arrived. I pressed the button to reveal key and was greeted with no key. So i refreshed the page and tried again and then it said already redeemed.
I reached out to support and to be fair they were fast and helpful in refunding me but still this seems to be happening pretty frequently to people in these reviews and for a long time now.
Honestly judging from the reviews, one can give them a go and if the order falls through, their support is solid enough so they can fix your issue.
Edit: I dont really learn from my mistakes so i foolishly placed the same order with a discount code provided to me by support and it happened again . .
