Sent the wrong dress and would not refund. This was not a "buyer initiated return" because I did not like it or it was the wrong size or I chose another. It was THE WRONG DRESS. I ordered a ruched burgundy velvet sequined gown. It arrived after a month, although regular USPS delivery was advertised. The dress I received was NOT velvet but cheap satin. It was also NOT burgundy but cherry red. Instead of sequins the dress was adorned with tacky rhinestones. It had no tags of any kind so no size designation, cleaning instructionsd. Clearly a factory knockoff worth about $25 instead of the $157 I paid.
Customer service claimed I would have to pay for shipping to return and "wouldn't I rather just try to sell it to someone else?" After weeks of back and forth autobot messages the company is not returning any messages to rectify situation.
