Have used their bath mats and Pedestal mats before and they are very hard-wearing but still soft, and wash great if treated as per instructions.

Very disappointing decline in quality
Luxury (not) single twist towels.
Very disappointing decline in quality
I bought a complete set of Mocha towels for my newly refurbished bathroom in February 2026 because I was so pleased with my older grey Allure towel.
The difference in quality is appalling. Both have been washed, yet the older towel remains dense, even and luxurious, while the new Mocha towels look cheap patchy and uneven, with an inconsistent pile.
I contacted Allure with comparison photographs in March 2026, but they did not accept there was a quality issue.
Extremely disappointing from a brand I had previously trusted.
Replacing the whole set, sadly it will be disposed off.
