Have used their bath mats and Pedestal mats before and they are very hard-wearing but still soft, and wash great if treated as per instructions.

Colour not as described
As others have said, it’s a lovely mat - thick, heavy and soft.
HOWEVER, there is no way the Terracotta mat could ever be described as being terracotta. Red, deep pink maybe but not a trace of orange, brown….hence only four stars.

Quality bath mats
The large marble bobble mat looks great and very soft, wouldn't find these in the stores. I washed it first so it smells nice and to remove loose fluff as it's new. The Hotel plain deep pile mat is great quality. The grey is slightly on the cool side than a stone grey.

Defective pedestal mat.
Ordered towels and bath mat set. Told all out for delivery then email to say that some towels out of stock. Bath mat pedestal arrived looking like rats had chewed part of the edge off. Absolute rubbish. Waiting for response.

We’re really sorry to hear that you were notified the towels were out of stock after your order was placed, we apologise again for the trouble caused by this. Regarding the pedestal mat that had a faulty finish, this is certainly not the standard we'd expect.
We’ve replied to your email this morning and sent out a replacement mat today as requested. Thank you for giving us the chance to put this right.
Gorgeous hand towels
I love these hand towels. They are soft and just the right size! The dark grey colour is simple gorgeous. And the delivery was spot on , received the parcel today by Royal Mail.

I ordered two of the throws to get free…
I ordered two of the throws to get free delivery. I did not expect to get them the next day so that was great. The quality was better than I had imagined and they just look great. Usually the picture of the item looks great and then when it arrives there is disapointment. However once I had it in my hands I was over the moon it actually looked better in the flesh. Overall a great company to deal with, great products and I would not hesitate to buy from them again and recommend them to a friend. Thankyou.

Consistently good shipping, service and washing
Bought some towels and bathmats from Allure Bath over a year ago, and they have held up well (colourfast and soft, even after washing). Any delivery issues etc were sorted promptly.
This time, I ordered matching extras for laundry day - these products are just as good as before, with speedy shipping, but the Mocha colourway is a bit lighter this year (more a pale milky brown than dusky mole/ taupe). The Black blends well with the previous Charcoal though. So just sharing as an FYI to buy all items in a set at once, if that sort of thing matters to you.
