Using and navigating the Alltricks website was a smooth experience. The Black Friday deals were great and I used them to buy three different products. The delivery was suppose to take longer but it took fewer days than expected! The products were also in perfect shape when I went to pick them up. Another great experience with Alltricks!

Good prices and great service! 💯

Bought a sram powermeter which didn’t work properly since day one. Have tried contacting alltricks via their support options but no response at all. Stuck with a piece of junk.

Update: have now been contacted by Alltricks support.

The delivery performance is awful. Probably the worst updates and tracking I have ever witnessed. Firstly I knew delivery date given, was impossible and expected it to move. What I did not expect is that any update is outdated and you hear nothing for days. When you do the revised time has passed. Laposte is literally a joke. At time of writing their last update was 6 days ago.

Meine Wanderschuhe lösten sich in nicht mal einem halben Jahr auf. Auf meine Mails bekomme ich keine Antwort, unter einer deutsche Service Telefonnummer bekomme ich keine Verbindung.

I’m utterly disappointed with my experience with Alltrick.com. I ordered something rather expensive for my son, and it hasn’t turned up. What’s worse, the tracking number they gave me is completely useless – no way to know where the parcel is or when it might arrive, if at all.

To make matters worse, their customer support is practically non-existent. I’ve tried to get in touch to find out what’s going on, but there’s no proper help or any real update. My lad is heartbroken, and I’m left feeling completely frustrated, unsure if I’ll ever see the parcel or my money again.

If you’re thinking of ordering from Alltrick.com, think twice. This has been a dreadful experience, and for such an expensive item, the lack of care and support is shocking. I certainly won’t be ordering from them again. It’s not how things should be done.

I ordered a BMC 257 One bike recently from AllTricks (France). I found the bike’s seat too high for me when lowered to its minimum. I decided to saw a stub of 15 mm off the seatpost, but it felt still a bit too high for me.

I contacted the local importer, who advised to look inside the seat tube. I found a circular burr at 21 cm from the top of the frame tube. The burr blocks the seat post totally, and cannot be squished off by the post. Due to this casting flaw I cannot lower the seat to suitable hight.

I contacted AllTricks about the issue, and the seller refused to replace the bike due to the shortened seatpost.

I tried to buff out the casting defect, but haven’t managed to remove it totally. The seatpost still rams into the circular burr.

I paid 1.499 euros for the bike, that was faulty from the very beginning. I do not recommend this seller to anyone.
