I’ve spent over €20,000 with Alltricks over the last 5 years and their shipping couriers are just unbearable now. I had to start using a relay point because they refused to come to my village. And now I’m not being notified when my orders arrive at the relay point and they’re being sent back to the shop. I’m a premium subscription holder and deserve better service. I’ll be spending my money at other shops very soon

I order a shoe worth 140 euros. I received it perfectly well. There was some delay for a valid reason, but they respond in a timely manner to my email query. Good service! The reviews honestly worried me when there was delay, but I received the parcel eventually after 2 days without any damage.

le service apres vente est très lent et incompétent , les reponses par mail arrivent une semaine apres envoi , on me fait beneficié d'un code avantage , mais celui ci ne fonctionne pas , je ne recommande plus se site .

Everything ok! I am definitely buying again from Alltricks.
After reading all the bad reviews I was a bit worried. Fortunately I had great experience from start to finish. My helmet was packed and delivered very well and just on time. And the price was very good.
Overall excellent!

Still not received my order and still no update since shipping on 27th January

I ordered an expensive bike and got a bad feeling about it from the very start when it said awaiting further instruction on the tracking which did not sound right to me but I contacted customer service and they assured me it was in customs being inspected, I found this strange as I am buying within the eu and coming to another eu country but I accepted it after that , another period of time went by and no further tracking details were available then only for me to contact customer service again to be told the bike had been returned to them after an label error of which I was told was customs clearance but clearly was not , then I was told a lie that there was credit added to my account for the delivery delay which there has not , the new tracking information has zero detail , I have no idea where my bike is because the tracking when I enter my postcode says is not valid for the order which is hugely concerning and this is over a period of weeks I get the same generic answer when I contact customer service and they say they will “contact the delivery company immediately and let me know” when they haven’t let me know a thing it’s an absolute disgrace , so bitterly disappointed in Alltricks service

My delivery is delayed and for the last 3 days I can’t get any resolution from customer service just the same response that the courier hasn’t replied I will not have my order in time for my event and this is not the first time this has happened very disappointing delivery service and as it stands I’m still no clearer as when there will be a resolution

It took them 1,5 week to send my order. Then it takes a week to get it delivered. This is just too slow. On the delivery they have no influence. But there was own processes are not in order.

Haven't received my order yet was supposed to be here yesterday no feedback very dissatisfied

The dilevery is not on time as you promised

I admit I read reviews and it suppose we all focus on the bad ones .
So I did see reviews about all tricks that had me cautious.
Made my purchase got confirmation email got up to date shipping advice all along the way to the door .took just five days to Ireland .
Packed well and items spot on .
Great value and I appreciated the exact measurements given for brake pads on the description which helped hugely .
I think as much specifications given is important when purchasing online .
So overall I have zero fault with all trucks and I will use them again without hesitation.

Vous commandez un article, vous choisissez un mode de livraison et un point relais et on vous envoie à 30 km de chez vous pour le récupérer car "le colis n'a pas pu être livré dans le point relais choisi" sans aucune autre explication.
Mmes Mrs Alltricks, le but des achats en ligne c'est de nous faire gagner du temps, pas de nous faire prendre pour des jambons!!!!!!

My bike was to late, but Alltricks solved it very adequate. They did a great job.

Envoi rapide. SAV réactif. Prix un peu plus élevés que la concurrence.

The shoes arrive very quickly but not in the ordered color!
