We love using all things personalised we have used these a few times now. What we have just ordered was for Xmas so can't say anything about them yet but haven't ever had any problems.

Easy to navigate website and delivered in just 48 hours from personalising. Official Zippo in box and personalised. Excellent service

Wrong glass sent.
When I pointed out that that they had sent me the wrong glass, they told me it was the right glass; just the picture on their website was wrong.
Then they tried to persuade me to accept a discount and keep the wrong glass.
I had to fight for a refund.

Arrived in pieces eith only the stem intact
My personalised glass arrived in lots of pieces. There was only the stem in one piece. The packaging had no protection for the glass apart from a thin bit of bubble wrap and a cardboard box. It wasn't even marked fragile.
I emailed the company but have received no reply.

I had a problem with a delivery which was no fault of All Things Personalised. I spoke to a very helpful lady who was very kind. She told me when the parcel was delivered, and I managed to track it down. Would certainly use again, customer service is excellent, thank you!!!!
