Good price and decent quality. Took two experienced DIY people over an hour to build each storage box which did appear flimsy out of the box but fairly rigid once built. Overall pretty happy with my purchase.

Swift delivery, good customer experience.

830L Storage box. Delivered quickly, concerned by obvious damage to packaging and minor damage to product base, however we determined it wouldn’t actually affect the product-still watertight ( have had some heavy rain yet all cushions remained dry), easily put together. Ideal product, excellent value.

I initially used Packed Direct because they were good value.

But then, my purchase arrived with a damaged part. When I raised this with Packed Direct, Julie dispatched a replacement immediately.

I rate Packed Direct because of this no quibble customer service, promptly rectified.

All I can say is that from start to finish all of my correspondence with Packed Direct was excellent.
Liberty was exceptional; her care and consideration was second to none. Julie followed up with more kindness and then Alvin (Customer Service Manager), finished off my journey with this caring company, by keeping me up to date with a final satisfying outcome.

Great garden storage, strong good quality compared to ones in the past, cushions fit just about, I have some long ones for a corner set that are a pain, this is the biggest best quality box at a reasonable cost, hopefully it’s fully water resistant, we will see when it rains but it certainly appears that it will be 👍

870 litre cushion box ordered, it arrived early which was unexpected but very welcome.
Some damage - possibly in transit, but thankfully it appeared to be to a non structural base part.
Took pic sent details to their customer service, they responded immediately apologised and offered solution. Hubby came home and agreed it was non structural so he was happy to build it.
Things happen, Packed Direct customer service was fantastic - fully recommend them, we would pay a little more for such service, but these were also very competitively priced - a very good company.

♦️♦️I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER ♦️♦️We ordered a very large storage box 📦PD67041 which was never delivered by DPD nor was delivery attempted, item was returned to supplier with no explanation of why. We contacted packed direct via email several times and also via phone where we had to leave a message but nobody had the decency to respond. I had to involve PayPal to get my money refunded. I’m afraid we bought a shed which wasn’t particularly sound. When I complained about it and sent them some pictures of the damage to be fair they sent me a refund. Honestly can ask more than that. Very impressed by their customer service department.

I was really dubious after reading reviews and then I got sent the wrong item which really worried me. However, I received the wrong item on Friday and by the Monday I had an email from DPD to say the correct item had been shipped. I received the garden storage box and it was sturdy and as described. I contacted customer services about collecting the incorrect item and they arranged it within a week with good communication throughout. I would use again.

UPDATE - replied to the email from your support team on Sunday 5th April, I appreciate the 6th was a bank holiday but it is now 10th April and still no reply.

Another 1 star review based on the fact you replied to my previous review to say you would contact me to resolve my issue if i tell you the best way to do so.

Please reply to the email listed for order #PD65550 as I have a gaming desk with only one side of LED lights working. I do not want to give you ‘the best way to contact me’ on this post as I do not wish to post personal details here and there’s no point in emailing your support email as you do not reply to emails.

Very happy with the garden storage bench and fast delivery what more could you want, and great price.
