A headache till hours of working with it
The saber was lost in mail. Not their fault and they did their best to help me find it. When package was found there was no clear directions, no instructions online, nor videos on youtube to put the saber together. This honestly dropped a lot of the enthusiasm. They kindly had an ambassador make a video to show assembly. They give waay to much unneeded hardware. literally pieces of screws. I normally love assembling things but this was just an awful experience. For the price point of almost $300 this is ridiculous. The saber also randomly turns on and wakes me up at night and is not user friendly

Hi Cheri, we’re sorry that our written instructions with clearly printed pictures, and video instructions weren’t clear enough for you. When we sent you the video and we followed up multiple times, you gave us no response. We’re also sorry that we sent you too many backup pieces in case you lost the tiny screws. When you sent us pictures, you were confused about what pieces we had provided you because they were all the same color which you admitted was a challenge for you. You couldn’t tell the difference between all the different shaped items. The only reason the saber would wake you up is if you didn’t turn off the saber fully which you can do by holding the off button for 13 seconds. The saber also only makes noises about “power off” after 10 minutes of inactivity. This issue was never reported to us before and you never reached out to us about this except for reporting this problem in a review. We’re sad that despite being instantly helpful to you at very late hours for us, and ensured a video was provided to you with instructions, and reaching out to you multiple times to see if you needed anything else, we were only met with radio silence. In future, please consider reaching out to us with your concerns before condemning us in a review.

Amazing product as well as amazing customer service. I happened to find a minor fault in their system which resulted in an incomplete build (again, minor because the missing piece was mostly cosmetic) and I was quickly assisted and sent the part that I needed free of charge! Definitely ordering from here again!

I had ordered my saber as a early Christmas present while on vacation, and they reached out immediately to make sure I wasn't being scammed. The care and attention they put into the order and the whole process was really nice and meant a lot. Plus my saber is awesome, I'm in love with it! I'll definitely be ordering again, their care and dedication can't be beat.

Quick and helpful response time
These guys are so helpful. I made a previous review without thinking to contact directly and they have helped me and responded so quickly to the problems I had once my lightsaber had been delivered. There were minor faults but they are sending me extra parts at no extra charge. I’m one very happy customer!
The customisable colours and sounds are so cool my inner child is screaming with joy ❤️

Your in good hands
So today I had an issue with my saber order. I bought a proffie saber and with that promotion I also got a free saber. I received my free saber without my actual ordered saber. I was a little stressed and it was apparent in the way I messaged the company. It didnt take long for them to help me with tracking my order and assurining me that they are on it. Unlike most companies I could tell that I was really being taken care of and that AllSabers were not simply fobbing me off. Not gonna lie, I was a little snippy at first as I was stressed out but the person I delt with was straight onto the courier and gave me tracking information within five minutes. I came away feeling like I was a valued customer and that my stresses were warranted. They were even knowledgeable enough to warn me about potential scam sites! Brilliant customer care guys. Ten out of ten. Ive not yet received my saber but I felt it was important to give them dues for how they dealt with my concerns.
