New Furnace and Central Air Installation

Thank You Alliance Heating & Cooling for your Expert work and Speedy Service. Your quick and professional installations saved us TWICE!! Not only did I have to call Alliance once, but twice on a second property!!! Each time it was under and emergency situation, one just a few days before Christmas the other at my mother's home. Both situations would have caused us to have our homes red tagged which was NOT an option.... I called multiple companies, Alliance is who we chose the first time and we were over the moon on their time and energy that they gave us. All was done in said in less than 3 days.... but the multiple calls that I made to vali at all hours of the day, he always picked up his phone and took the time to walk me thru. He was always professional, kind and courtesy. His workers, clean, neat and conscientious. So when we ran into a problem at my mom's home again, they were there in a matter of minutes to make sure we never went without heat and worked around all our needs.... I proudly refer alliance and his staff for any heating & cooling needs!

Vali  was respectful, courteous and professional. I didn't have to wait around all morning as I received an early call with an estimated arrival time. Very pleased with his service and professionalism. He was happy to share what was involved in the service provided and to let me know the air conditioning  was as all up and ready to go.
Pleasant experience overall

We arranged for Alliance to replace our end of life air conditioner based on previous service when our water heater failed.
Installers Mike was the epitome of professionalism.
They were timely, polite, friendly, courteous and efficient.
The crew arrived on time and had called ahead to advise when we could expect them. Before they started, the process to replace the AC system was thoroughly explained.

Called on a Friday, tech (Mike) came out on Saturday morning and looked at the unit to see a problem. He described the problem, the compressor was broken. He arrived on time and had the unit replaced in a timely manner. He was very detailed in explaining what he was the process and the cost. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend to others.

They did change my furnace and air condition the next day I called. The salesman was so professional and gave me detail info about various brands. The price was lower than 3 other places I called. Installation was clean and I am happy with their job. I do recommend alliance energy source.
