My experience was truly outstanding! I have never had so much help in a store before. I just left work across the road at JLR, and was going straight home but I am so glad i came to your store. Upon entering the store on Monday night I was greeted by Camilla (long dark curly hair) asked me what I was looking for and then proceeded to get me dresses to choose from and eventually I purchased the one she had chosen. Natalie in the changing room again went out of her way to help me. Alesha then helped me try on she was so lovely, very friendly advising accessories to wear which was very constructive and never rushed me I felt very special. I was on my way out when I saw a Ted Baker coat in the window, Camilla came over took it off the manequin I tried it on and purchased it (normally stores say sorry cannot take it off the manequin losing a proposed sell.) I spoke to Sara who again was chatty and friendly. I think all shops should take a look at your customer service it is Fantastic. Your staff are a credit to you. Thank you all so much. Christine.

Multiple staff members went out of their way to be helpful, suggesting different styles and finding different sizes. Everyone is always lovely whenever I go in.

Been in this shop several times now and has it excelled every time. Quality is great. Staff are helpful in suggesting what goes well with your outfit. Will definitely come again.

I don't think I've ever been in a store where the assistants were so friendly and helpful. It was like having an army of personal shoppers there to uplift you and find you clothes that you hadn't expected. I have found my new favourite shop. It's like a wonderland of variety and I love their ethics <3

Saw the lovely lace dress on All Good Things, a phase 8 dress. The price was £37.99 plus p&p. The normal retail price would have been £150.00 . The dress came quickly. It was a lovely, very well made quality dress, but unfortunately it was to small.

Bought a Kipling Bag at a bargain price, delivery very quick would recommend.

I was really impressed with my whistles purchases, the website, the delivery service and the return.
The site had some great bargains. At times I’d have liked better photos- or a sense of measurements.
But I appreciated the clear guidance re how delivery and the sample sales work. I loved my purchases- and I liked the easy return even more. So much so I bought again on a dilli grey sale - the sizing wasn’t that clear, but I felt secure enough to risk buying and returning.

Hi I have been buying from AGT for about a year and it is amazing. It is quick and easy and free and painless to return items. I have never been refused returns.
It has meant that I can buy designer clothes which I never would and quality last longer so better for the planet. Thank you AGTs.
