Very happy with APH

A big shout out to Ebony for doing a service to my uncle's boiler and noticed something wasn't right. Going out of her way to report it and arrange next steps for fixing it with no extra cost due to the warranty. Very professional. She was nice and polite aswell. Top marks. A big Thank you to Peter for carrying out the work at short notice which he did quick and professionally. I will always be calling you guys for my boiler needs in the future. 10/10

Gas boiler installation

We had a new gas central heating boiler fitted 24th February 2026. From the initial visit and quote to the installation it was all handled very professional. The staff are all very knowledgeable and polite. Simon fitted our boiler and made a great job.
A big thank you to all the team at APH.

I would highly recommend APH

I would highly recommend APH. They recently upgraded my entire heating system from an ancient back boiler. I was anxious as the work was quite major but Ivan and Matt made it look easy. Great care was taken to protect my furnishings and quite simply, this company went the extra mile.

Full boiler replacement project handled by a professional company that is customer centric.

Excellent service from initial phone call to full boiler replacemnet. Trully a consumate professional company. Engineer on site Kieran was very informative and approached the boiler replacement with respect to the property and total customer focus. I would recommend this company to all and I will use their services again. Walter Chesterfield.

Honest and reliable

Gary and the team are fantastic, they serviced my water cylinder in 2022, and 2025, and also repaired faulty parts on it too. Gary is quick to respond, provides competitive prices, honest advice and always does a good job. Wouldn't go anywhere else for plumbing work.

Well what can I say from getting a…

Well what can I say from getting a quote on Monday on Tuesday a home visit to Wednesday having a new boiler fitted , all staff involved from start to finish so professional and so polite. I would highly recommend APH

Professional and trustworthy

After having boiler issues for a week I called APH who sent someone round that day, Simon did a very thorough check of the system, was very knowledgeable and in the end concluded that the boiler couldn't be fixed.
I decided to go ahead with a replacement which was organised very swiftly, for the following Monday.
Simon was friendly, polite and did a thorough job. As it was agas fired back boiler system being replaced it was quite a tricky job in places, however everything was carried out very professionally and have had zero issues.
Would definitely engage with them again. Thanks!

Advanced plumbing & Heating

Just had a new boiler fitted by Advanced Plumbing and Heating ( Peter ) and what a brilliant job he’s made nothing was to much trouble and he was very polite, he explained every little detail he was going to do .we only rang tues 8th July a surveyor came out same day to advise us on what to do , so we decided new boiler . The price was outstanding . Thankyou Peter for being very professional and taking away all the rubbish . Wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this company .

Fit & Supply new bath hose

Fit & Supply new bath hose. Came to assess within time stated and then arranged one of repair team to be with us 8.30am next day. Peter, I think, (Polish guy), was great. Turned up bang on time & took less than an hour to do job. Friendly, polite & respectful of property. Credit to APH. Well done guys!

My Generator repair.

Michael was friendly, helpful, and was able to diagnose my Generator issue. The replacement part arrived (control panel) and he installed it today. He tested to make sure that after a shut down the Generator control panel would communicate with the inside electrical panel to provide electric inside the home. Michael is friendly, knowledgeable and made sure that everything was running correctly. I'm a very happy customer.

We have just had a back boiler removed and a new boiler fitted. We expected chaos but there wasn't a scrap of dirt anywhere when they left. Many thanks to all the team.

Amazing service

We needed a new boiler urgently, and they completed the service in a really high standard. The staff are friendly and helpful, they answered all the questions we asked professionally. The workmanship was excellent. Couldn't be more happy. Highly recommend.

Fast, friendly & professional

Had an emergency where my radiator was leaking, they came within hours and put me a new radiator up in a couple hours as well! Definitely be using them again, thank you!
