Invalid Activation Key for MS OFFICE, Dishonesty
More than a month ago since my unfortunate experience with this company, I only received a partial refund of the money I paid for a bogus key, despite the assurance of a full refund if a key is faulty and does not work. The customer service officials' attempts to reach out were not useful and did not resolve anything at all. There is no commitment to integrity. I hope someone reads this review before they transact. Please buy only from the distributor. I grossly regret ever interacting with this site.

I bought a key for MS office Professional 2021 5PC. The key is not working. The link for activation instructions does not open. I am afraid that I have been scammed. I have written to the vendor and I am waiting for a response. On day two since my order, there was a lot of unhelpful communication, and finally all quiet, with no response to my chats or email. I have learned my lesson the hard way. I hope that my refund will come through.
