I've been waiting two days for a supposed response from this company regarding a working Office 2021 Plus license, and I haven't received a single reply. Through their support chat, they asked me to contact support*allgoodkeys.com, and I sent them the evidence, but I haven't received a single response. I also sent the same evidence to sales*allgoodkeys.com, feedback*allgoodkeys.com, and Contact*allgoodkeys.com, but no one has responded or helped me. They have terrible customer service.

Office 2019 Stopped working after 2 months. I tried contacting the company but i never received a reply. There's no way of redownloading the software I've tried several times. This has to be a scam. Online chat is always unavailable.

Contacted them at least 5 times with no response. Unable to Register Microsoft Office.

Compré una licencia para 5 dispositivos y espero poder usarla en 5 dispositivos.

This is a scam. Paid for Office 2019 only to be unable to authorize it because the keys has already been used. Emails goes unanswered. Online chat is always unavailable and their online ID confirmation service is permanently down. Leaving you with nothing. Stay away from these scammers.

Gave them a second chance (as none of the keys worked on the first chance.) My advise, do not bother with purchasing here. You will be disappointed. The customer service will only try and help you if you bother to write a review. I just decided today to forfeit my money rather than try and get a good key from them. Save your money and spend it on legitimate site.

I have left several messages on their customer service number, but did not get any reply back. I tried submitting a message on their website, that doesn't work either.
How could one get support after downloading the software?

I needed updated Microsoft Office software for my new computer running Windows 11. (I was running Windows 7 with Microsoft Office 2007.) Instead of spending over $300 for the current MS Office version I needed, I got 2019 Office Professional Plus from All Good Keys for less than $50.

I activated and it worked. But then I have to change my SSD and motherboard and it would not activate. So it's completely FALSE what they claim about it's perpetual and it will NOT work if you change components or replace your hardware. I asked and they said I had to buy a new key. They claim in the product description: "you can use it whenever you need to format or replace your computer (fully or just for some component)" this is FALSE

I already paid for the purchased software and i do receive the email but the software I purchase not send to me. Made me waited one whole night searching, still no avail.

Third time purchasing from them.Only once I had a problem with a key however they solved the issue.
Will purchase from them again.

I have reached out to this company multiple times when I had to get a new computer due to a crash or damage, I previously purchased Microsoft office key and needed to transfer the program to my new computer, I was desperate on a Sunday and emailed them for help, real person emailed me back pretty quickly and gave me a different key to install on the new laptop. I have gone back to them multiple times to purchase other keys and everything has worked amazingly well and the support they provide is world class.... Thank you so much. All good keys!

My name is Eduardo Vera and I recently bought a windows 10 Pro Activation Key but no any message in my email about the product key and when I try to access my allgoodkeys account my user is not longer valid. Is a bit frustrating to write down here my experiencie but I hope Allgoodkeys support can reach me to solve this problem.

Muy lento en el envio de las licencias. Si te va la licencia, bien, es muy economica. Si no te va, pues olvidate. Las licencias de office fallan muchisimo.
