Digital cards received within in 2 days of initial order , great support from Samantha when there was an issue with an email address linked to one card .
This is my 3rd year using AllGo and will continue to use them in the future .

Andrew was absolutely fantastic in helping me resolve an issue with my order. He was very patient, understanding, and more than willing to help.

As soon as I spoke to him over the phone, the issue was resolved very quickly and smoothly.

Called customer support expecting the usual brain strain you get all the time, but was pleasantly surprised, everything sorted quickly and efficiently by an agent called Andrew .

I have had a few AllGo cards and find the activation of them frustrating at times (both for tap and online transactions). However their customer support team is really good. Easy to reach on the phone and very helpful. I dealt with Andrew just today and he was excellent at sorting the issues.

Andrew provided exceptional support to me on an issue I have been having with my allgo account access and card activation for quite sometime. I tried in the past to get support but was unable to resolve the issue.
This time around however Andrew took my call and talk through the steps needed so I could gain access to my cards. Over 24 hours he communicated over and back we with 4-5 times with step by step and how to recover access. Issue fully resolved. Thank you Andrew

I was having issues transferring an Allgo Gift Card during a phone upgrade but working through the issue with Andrew, he resolved the problem in double quick time - exceeding my expectations. Well done Andrew.

The process is straightforward and easy to use, and the card is a really useful employee benefit and one I’d happily recommend to other businesses.

If I ever have a query with my order I always send an email to Conall and he responds quickly and always gets back to me straightaway. Conall is super helpful and a pleasure to deal with.
