I was very impressed with the quantity of lumps of crabmeat. The packaging was excellent. This was the best deal on doubling my order that I have ever seen. I won’t need another order for quite some time because I only make 3 recipes with lump crabmeat.

Fresh Fillet
Fresh Fillet, good looking pieces
Finally cooked the Pompano I ordered. Researched quite a bit because I didn't want to overcook these beautiful fillets. Went with Pompano en Papillote and it was perfect. Placed each of the fillets in a parchment paper envelope added salt, brushed with butter and parsley, placed lemon slices on each and added crab crumbs between the lemons. Closed and sealed the pouches and cooked 375 degrees for 15 minutes. I let it rest for 5 or so minutes and the fish was cooked perfectly The Pompano was flaky, moist, buttery and tasted so Fresh! Thank you for such a wonderful fish! Can't wait to try the Lobster tails I bought too!

Birthday lobster tails
My youngest son wanted lobster tails for his birthday dinner. I had never fixed lobster before but it was his birthday, so I ordered lobster tails along with shrimp and oysters. These Salmon Filets are amazing. They are vacuum packed 2 to a tray, which is so convenient for a single person like myself.
