Incredibly great taste and meticulously packed arrived on time will definitely buy this again🕺

I spent $125 on two types of fish. When it was delivered I opened it immediately only to find Scallops and Salmon that was warm to the touch. I contacted the company immediately, however they don’t answer their phone. I was directed by their recording to email them and they would get back to me by the end of business. THEY DID NOT. I have called and emailed every day for eight days. They called once, it didn’t wish to discuss the condition of the fish. Six days after originally contacting them, they wanted me to take a video of the spoiled fish (which by then was in the garbage), and said that they NEVER refund for fish shipped. The fish I received was packed in a flimsy box with one bag of water which was also warm.
ORDER AT YOUR OWN PERIL. They took no responsibility for their product or the shipping.

This is a matter of bait and switch false advertisement. Back in june 2025 they were running as special, a package of main lobster, meat and knuckles for $99.00
I ordered it for my daughter's birthday. This would have been the second or third time I ordered from these people. The first few times I ordered main lobster rolls, and they were delicious.No problem, so I thought I would try something different this time around for her birthday. They were running a special on maine lobster with knuckles in a package, one pound, $99.00

They sent us the wrong package with the wrong meat in it. It was very bitter, tough and very gamey tasting.. my daughter screenshotted the picture and I sent it to them and they said, oh yeah, we sent you the wrong package. We're going to give you an in store credit so you can reorder what you originally wanted; main lobster with knuckles.

So here we are 3 weeks later in July 2025. Originally, I was told I would get shipping back as well. Which they did not honor, they made me buy another $50 worth of stuff in order to get free shipping. So I ordered the main lobster meat with knuckles in a package, 1 pound package and then 2 steamed and cooked 1lbs main lobster at $25 each so I can get free shipping.
Long and behold, again they sent me the wrong lobster meat in the 1lb
package.
They lost a customer. I will never do business with them again!

In answer to your response, I have the pictures to prove you wrong, I just can't find a away to up load them here.

1. My daughter never reheated the advertise Maine lobster meat with knuckles, she only uses the meat to make lobster rolls.
2. The fist batch you sent me was advertised MAINE LOBSTER MEAT WITH KNUCKLES, but you sent me wrong meat, YOUR COMPANY EVEN AGREED when I showed them a picture of what you sent me; That's why you gave me a credit.
3. When I REORDERED THE MAINE LOBSTER MEAT WITH KNUCKLES; again you sent me the same lobster crap you did on the first mess up. I HAVE PICTURES WITH THE DATES I TOOK THEM TO PROVE THAT YOU SENT US AGAIN THE WRONG MEAT!
I ONLY WISH I COULD POST THEM HERE TO PROVE IT TO YOU AND OTHERS!

Best Lump Crab meat around!

All Fresh seafood's lump crab meat is so fresh and versatile and you can't beat the price! I have used it in a seafood pot pie, as a lump crab cocktail and even with Steak Oscar. The lump crab come in 1 pound containers perfect for any meal so if you grab multiple pounds you don't have to worry about separating the crab. I love All Fresh Seafood and I have never been disappointed!

I’m a single gentleman 70 years old. On June 23, 2025 I ordered lobster meat to make lobster rolls over the summer. The lobster meat was on sale, so I ordered Fresh Lobster Meat, Knuckle & Claw, 1 lb pkg × 4. for $245.95, saving $40. When the order arrived, 2 - 2 pound frozen packages arrived, even though I ordered 4 - 1 pound pkgs. I immediately called customer services. After a review of my order, and explaining to her I ordered 1 pound packages, so I could make and enjoy a couple sandwiches at time - and thawing out a 2 pound package was way too much meat and again my order was for 4 - 1 pound packages, not 2 - 2 lb packages. She told me to make it right, she would give me $30 off my next order. From this conversation, I wrote and sent in a positive review from my experience. On Thursday August 7th 2025, I saw the lobster was again on sale. So I again ordered Fresh Lobster Meat, Knuckle & Claw, 1 lb × 4 for $245.95, the same sale price from my previous order back in June. This time I called them up to make sure they were sending 4 - 1 pound pkgs and to redeem my $30 dollars credit from my previous experience. To my surprise and dismay, the $30 credit was not honored. They told me it could not be used for items that were on sale. They never stated that to me back in June. What’s even more irritating to me is that today’s price was the same price I paid in June for the messed up order that arrived. If I knew that was gonna happen, I would have rejected my original order back in June, letting the credit card company review my order from the pictures and order documents I had in my possession, letting them battle it out. The delivery box slip even on it 4 - 1 pound packages. I cancelled this new order. Over the years I have purchased seafood from many other on line distributors like Great Alaskan Seafood, Wild Alaska Seafood and North Coast Seafood to name a few. From these other distributors, customer service has always been spot on keeping their promise and always making it right if there was an issue. From my experience, I would highly recommend purchasing from a more reputable distributor, and there are many out there.

The pesto sauce comes with and pairs magnificently the Shellabration prepared scallop meal. These aren’t your typical microwave meals. They are more like a meal prepared by a top chef. The pesto sauce adds the finishing touch making the meal one of my favorites.

Everything was delicious! The items were very well packed, and the shipping was fast; everything arrived cold. I live in Alabama, so it’s always a challenge to get things cold and fresh, but this time it was excellent. I have already placed my second order and am looking forward to more in the future. I highly recommend it!

The ordering process is flawless! This is the second time I have ordered the Jumbo Lump Crab Meat and it is the best crab meat ever! I am so impressed with the quality of the meat! I ordered Lobster meat as well as a few other seafood's. The lobster meat ordered was a 1 lb pack of claw and knuckle meat.( 69.99 on sale for 59.50) odd the plastic tub and wrapping weighted at 1 lb 1 oz. after removing the meat and juice to a ziplock back on a scale that had the tear weight set. It came to a total of 14.5 oz can you guess what the packing weighted in at? yup 2.6 ounces so i got cheated out of 2.5 oz of lobster meat at a loss of 9.37 sale price or 10.93 if it is not on sale! Now i am left to wonder for a few day while the rest thaws to see how much more i was shorted. and to add to the mess there was a claw chunk that still had the cartilage in it.
after voicing my concerns i was offered reward points...what a joke. how about credit toward future order? and i hate company's that hide behind there telephones are require you to email or text them!

As you notice first they claim to be 100% they do every thing perfect, NO company is perfect! then they toss shade on my equipment and saying the food is delicate so its my fault. then they say the points are a gesture of " GoodWill" 25 cents of goodwill points do not make up for $10 of lost product. They say they value my satisfaction? But not enough to correct the problem! Then say they are available 24x7 but not by phone only email and messaging so they can hide from customers!

These South African lobster tails are the best!

I ordered what they advertised as "Colossal King Crab Legs". What I received was one almost whole leg (no knuckle or claw) and a bunch of pieces, none of which were even close to the size of the Colossal size I have received from other companies. I could have bought this size in my local grocery store for a lot less. Sorely disappointed!

Excellent sauce

I ordered the seafood gyoza and the handmade tamari sauce. It was loaded with garlic and delicious, as were all 3 flavors of the gyoza. I had lobster, shrimp and crab. I'm from the Pacific Northwest of the USA and am always skeptical of frozen seafood. This was the best flavor-forward frozen seafood products I've ever tasted. Thanks!!

I recently received the lobster stew and it is the best I have ever tried. I used some lobster from my roll on top and it was even more decadent. I will order again. This company is a favorite of mine.

All Fresh Seafood has continued to deliver the best quality seafood anyone could ask for. Their Dry Diver Sea Scallops are excellent! The size is perfect and they are sweet, tender and juicy. We just did a simple recipe of scallops, garlic butter and crushed Ritz cracker top. It was a wonderful meal and one of my husband’s favorite! Thanks again AFS for you wonderful seafood and service!
