The zoom call was a bit tricky for me, but they helped me through it and it went very smoothly. They were very helpful. The Ministry of Transportation accepted their notarization and my transfer went smoothly.

We started late and it wasn't clear to me what happened. The microphone used by the notary gave low quality audio that was hard to understand. Otherwise, she was very clear and willing to explain what was happening and how it worked. She was very friendly and understanding too, answered all questions and cleared up doubts. Signing and verifying process was fast and easy.
