Fast and quick delivery combined with great quality of bundles

First time ordering from Alipearl and the time to deliver did not disappoint. I haven’t installed the hair yet but the texture feels good, presentation with the bag and free gift was lovely. Cant wait to get my hair done!

The hair itself was decent, but I had issues with the company’s shipping process. I ordered on 2/7 specifically for my vacation on 2/14, expecting it to ship within 24 hours as stated on their website. However, they didn’t ship it until 2/12—only after I emailed them. It finally arrived on 2/14, the day of my trip, so I couldn’t take it with me. To make matters worse, they woke me up in the middle of the night, calling at 1:36 AM just to ask if I had received my wig. Overall, the customer service was disappointing, but since the wig itself was decent, I’m giving it 3 stars.

I just want to say the ordering process was amazing. I have a vacation to go to and I really appreciated the speed of the delivery for my items, and the great communication with the vendor. I highly reccomend buying wigs from them.

I brought the 4*7 12A HD lace loose wave 24in wig. I was scared to order the curly hair, thinking it would not look like the pictures. Best decision that I ever made, and I didn't have to do a lot to the wig. The length was long for 24 inches, I am 5'6 and the hair is mid back curly. I colored the wig jet black and its very little shedding, and so far minimal tangling.

Sent me the wrong length wig, sent them proof and they told me to measure from the empty v part hole. Con artists.

I bought this blonde wig. I have never bought from this company so I just bought a short bob. I waited to wear it on my birthday and when I put it on it was super bulky at the top the lace did not blend in the front and the ends were super thin and uneven.the blonde is yellow not blonde. When I try to ask to return it to get a different wig they said it can't be out of the package how am I supposed to know if it's the right wig without trying it on. I'm very disappointed I sent pictures to the company showing that there's nothing wrong with the wig I literally put it on and took it right back off because it wasn't what I wanted. Will never be by any more wigs from you guys again

I used to be very happy with their services and products for a very long time (always very responsive, the products always matched my expectations, etc.) until I decided to try their wigs for the very first time.

Do not order wigs! The pictures are totally false advertisements!
Horrible smell, damaged unit (as if someone already wore it for a long time), the ends were completely ruined, full of white hair and from “wavy” initially requested, I received crippled curly -at-the-ends hair. A disaster! Back to its packaging immediately!
I complained right away (within 10 minutes after opening the package) and asked for a return/refund as the product – mind you “luxury” was NOT as per the pictures advertised nor the description. And as I read through the comments below, started the lengthy fake excuses (the transport, the climate, the lights, me and anything in between), the gaslighting, the “wash-the-hair-and-comb-it-maybe-it-will-be-good”, coming my way.

Luckily I have paid it through PayPal so I’m now waiting for my full refund.
Needless to say, after this horrific experience and thousands of dollars left to this company, I no longer want to be part of their customers base. It only takes 1 bad experience poorly handled to lose a loyal customer forever.

So yes, it is definitely a “Hit or Miss” depending on which products you order from them. And at the same time, I’m frankly not surprised that after all this “raving success” the decline in their products and customer service was their next chapter.

Best advice: Read all the negative reviews OUTSIDE their website (non-existent in their website anyway) and then make an informed decision whether to buy from this company or not.

I bought bundles from here and was concerned that they would not arrive in time. I contacted the company, and they were very attentive and hurried up the process, telling me that the purchase will arrive on time. It was the right time, and the hair was better than I could have imagined. The high quality of the products and excellent customer service will undoubtedly keep me coming back!

i received my hair yesterday (body wave 13*6 frontal). The hair itself was really nice it was full as well, it hold curls quite nicely so far, minimal shedding and it was true to length. The knots bleached very well and the wig took 8 days to come which isn’t bad.
The only thing i’d say is that the wig cap was quite small and usually i use a normal sized wig so i’m not sure why it was small.
Overall i do recommend to be honest but maybe message the seller the measurements for the wig sizes first.

The customer service is so amazing. They always accommodate me! The shipping is unbelievably fast & the hair is QUALITY. I only shop at alipearl for my hair and recommend to all my friends. Always worth the buy.
