Delivery took 9 days - poor customer services
22/9 (Monday) placed order, 23/9 I received an email saying that it was dispatched, 25/9 (Thu) I emailed telling them that Royal Mail have not yet started delivering. An agent replied me that Royal Mail would scan on 26/9 night and possible to deliver on 27th (Sat), the whole process to be completed on the 29th, they said.
However, on 27th morning, I emailed to them about it due to the status on Royal Mail was showing “ Expecting to receive”, they are still no action on delivery, however nobody replied me until I called Alensa on 29th (Monday), they told me there was an error so the parcels will be slightly delayed, and will be arrival on 30/9 (Tue) or 1/10 (Wed).
I wonder why Alensa didn’t notice that there was an error on the first day when I made an enquiry on 25/9, but replied me that was on track within 2-4 business day.?? It is totally 7 business days eventually.
Actually I don’t have enough lens to wait until 30/9 or 1/10, that forced me to reuse the daily contact lens again, and ordered from another company urgently with extra money to buy due to Alensa’s poor customer services.

we are sorry to hear that you've had this experience with our delivery and customer support, and we do apologize deeply for any and all inconveniences. As this is not an usual occurrence with our services, we were not able to anticipate the problem until it was already past the advertised delivery timeframe, after which our logistics department resolved it with upmost priority and got all the stuck parcels delivered.
We already have an on-going case where we are resolving this issue with you, we will be contacting you shortly in the thread to discuss your reimbursement for this discrepancy.

We are sorry for the longevity of the process, but since your return was that of a custom produced specs, it was necessary for it to first be received back at our main stock for a review, which may sometimes take up to 30 days. We are aware of the longevity of the process, for which we do apologize, and we are currently working on a better return process for any future order returns.

Awful company - Rude and do not listen!
Awful company. I purchased a set of glasses and was told I would be contacted if the prescription I chose did not suit the glasses. I also sent an email and asked for confirmation of this before the glasses were made. I required a thinner lense than I had purchased (happy to have changed this it it was recommended) I was completely ignored by this company and they continued to make the glasses and send them out, despite me saying I did not want this. Three times I asked to make a complaint and each time I was ignored. I have now recieved the glasses and the lenses are way too thick. I cannot physically wear them. I have got in touch now about a refund and they are still fobbing me off, telling me I have to purchase another pair before they take mine back. I also dont get the full money back because of the lenses. By a company that I asked not to send out as I was not happy!!
Completely put me off purchasing glasses online.

Great choice and fast delivery
I found BioMedics 1 day contact lenses here for a great price. For some reason, it became harder to find these particular contacts elsewhere in different packs (30, 60, 90), but Alensa seems to always have them, which is great. I like the option of the InPost (locker) delivery, which suits me perfectly price wise. I recommend Alensa.

Absolutely useless
Absolutely useless! Ordered glasses and lenses which took weeks to arrive.
When received the lenses were nothing like the prescription given so were returned.
Over 4 weeks with no communication I had to resolve to paypal to get a refund.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! !

Sunglasses are seconds or fakes but NOT first quality
Glasses arrived. They are seconds, I bought Burberry sunglasses, whilst they have burberry on the lens, they do not have the signature check on the arms and as shown in the photographs on Alensa’s own website. I am expected to pay for the return of good which are not as shown and are ultimately seconds.
I am still waiting for my refund - many excuses, had to get my credit card company to assist!
A whole week since my return was delivered and. o communication from Alensa. Please note if you go to google maps to see the rerun address, it is simply a semi detached house. Further evidence that this is a scam shop

sent wrong size frames, after i had ordered the correct size, said it was a stock issue, but still took payment and sent them, i had to pay £6.49 to return for a refund, but refused to refund return postage cost, even though it was their mistake!

We would like to clarify that your order placed on Friday, 15/08 was dispatched the very same day in the afternoon. As stated on our website, InPost deliveries typically take 2–4 working days after dispatch (the stated timeframe on the website also takes into account that parcels travel from outside the UK before reaching their destination). Your parcel was delivered on 20/08, which was the 3rd working day after dispatch and therefore within the expected timeframe.
Although we understand it may have felt slower than expected, please note that your order was delivered within the timeframe outlined at checkout.
