Big shout out to the customer care team of Alamais. I purchased a dress for a special occasion and decided i needed to try the next size up to be sure so i ordered it but forgot to add in express post. Fearing i wouldn't receive it in time i sent an email to the customer care team after hours, requesting to add express post. They replied the very next morning that they had upgraded my order with express post at no extra cost so that i would get it in time. Absolutely gorgeous dress and exceptional quality, which is the hallmark of this company, but so good for discerning customers to know it's bacvked up by excellent customer service who really listen and get it!! Thank you CCT Alamais xxx

I placed an order on 24th of September and it's been stuck in DHL with no other reason other than "Shipment is on hold" since the 27th. I have contacted Alemais several times and requested a cancellation and a refund on the 2nd of October as they were unable to assist. They responded with a vague message and have since then ghosted me and my 5 mails asking for a cancellation and a refund.

Ich habe direkt bei Alemais ein Kleid bestellt, das Kleid war zu groß und viel zu lang für mich und das Stoff hat mir auch nicht so gefallen.
Auf diesem Grund habe ich AM NÄCHSTEN Tag das Kleid zurück geschickt.

Und ungefähr 10 Tage später habe ich einen Email geschrieben und gefragt:wann das Geld zurück überwiesen wird???

Alemais geantwortet, das auf dem Kleid einen Fleck findet und das sie Retur nicht akzeptieren und das Kleid wird mir zurück geschickt.

Ich habe geschrieben: das ich keinen Fleck gesehen habe, und dass auf keinen Fall zurück schicken, weil ich im Urlaub für 3 Wochen fahre, zuhause befindet sich keine.

Eine Woche später meine Freundin hat bei mir nach dem Post geguckt und da war ein Zettel von DHL ,das Paket war durch die Zaun geworfen worden und.... ZUGESTELLT.

Ich habe sofort mit Alemais Kontaktiert...
Sie haben mich gebeten, das ich Packet finde und zurück schicke.

Dafür müsste ich meine Freundin bitten das sie durch die Zaun klettert und nach dem Packet sucht.
Als ich nachte Urlaub zurück war, habe ich das Paket sofort verschickt.
Bis jetzt, sit 10 Tage das Paket ist beim Alemais angekommen ist, habe ich keine Antwort und kein Geld .

I ordered an Alemais dress at full price—an expensive purchase, as you would expect from the brand. It arrived beautifully packaged, and I loved the dress, but the straps needed a small alteration.

When I took it to a seamstress, she immediately noticed a flaw in the construction: the lining was too tight in one area, causing the outer fabric to pull and gather. Given the price point and reputation of the brand, she suggested I contact Alemais, assuming their customer service would want to address it.

I took photos while I was at the seamstress—the straps happened to be pinned in the photos because we were determining the alteration—and sent them to Alemais. Their response was that because the straps had been pinned, they would not allow me to return or exchange the dress.

I was genuinely surprised. The issue had nothing to do with the straps or any alteration; it was a flaw in the dress itself. And frankly, I would certainly hope that a high-end brand would not intend to resell a flawed $900 dress to another customer. I explained this, but received no further response.

Unfortunately, what should have been a very positive experience with a beautiful dress was overshadowed by extremely disappointing customer service. Given both the price point and the way the issue was handled, I would not recommend Alemais.

They had a tiny discount on the stupid shorts I bought and if the item was bought on the smallest amount of sale, you can only return it for store credit.

I will not buy from this stupid company ever again.

I have been a loyal Alemais customer for a few years, however, a recent experience has led me to stop giving them my business.

I ordered a jacket, which by the way, took over week to receive since DHL is now using Amazon delivery drivers in San Francisco. The jacket was a size too large, so l ordered one size smaller. The problem began when l tried to get a return label for the larger jacket.

I was unable to access the returns portal using three different browsers. I finally contacted their customer service team via email to make a very simple request that they please email me a return label. There was a lot of wasteful back and forth and they still refused to email me a return label!

I am currently one week out of surgery for a broken wrist and due to Alemais’s lack of help, l will now have to get an Uber to the DHL depot( an hour away from my home), pay for the shipping back to Australia, and then deal with the fight back for them not receiving it at exactly fourteen days after delivery.

I have never once been denied a return label by any company until now! Be very leery of this company who has complete disregard for their loyal customers!
