From the very start, we thought getting a mortgage was absolutely not possible for us. We had less than perfect credit history & complicated circumstances.

Lucy was absolutely outstanding. She was honest, knowledgeable & calm. Even when things looked like they might fall apart, she kept working through the options & never made us feel like our case was a lost cause!! She explained everything clearly & kept us reassured throughout what was a very emotional process.

Rachel was also fantastic, always super helpful, responsive & making sure things kept moving behind the scenes. Even answering my 2738272 questions & dealing with my emotional breakdown like a pro when I found out we got the mortgage offer!

Together, they really made an overwhelming process feel manageable. Thanks to Lucy and Rachel, we now have our mortgage offer, which is something we genuinely didn’t think would happen at the start. They truly made what felt impossible, possible.

When the bank says no, you really must be go to this mortgage broker, who will do everything in their power to help you. It’s been such a long process, but Rachel and Richard never gave up. Disappointed, waited a year after receiving an AIP from them of 7 percent and requiring a 14 % deposit, credit hugely improved and earnings went up by 10k only for them to get me a terrible deal of requiring over a 20% deposit and 6.8% interest, literally worse than last year. Had far more reasonable offers come back through from other potential brokers, can’t understand what they’ve possibly put forwards to the lender to get such an abysmal quote back.
