Owen and the boys were professional, timely and very organised when moving our belongings.Everything was packed and protected where necessary and with amazing care. They went the extra miles for us when needing two trips in our move and arrange additional staff to come and help in order to get things done in the time. Absolutely great service from start to finish,would recommend and would use again. Thanks guys!

My family have used Alba Removals 4 times in the last 5 years and they are by far the best removal company I have used. Helpful, cheerful and will get around any problems that arise and even lifted carpets for us to be binned. I cannot praise them enough. They go out of their way to make things easy and less stressful in every way .

We had an excellent experience of customer service from Alba Removals. They were very quick to respond to me with a quotation, which was very competitive in comparrision. And were also super speedy in arranging a date to come. It wasn't easy for them to negotiate around our business as it's a busy place in the morning. All the boys were fantastic! We shall definately use them again, and shall reccommend to family and friends.

From the first call to talk through our needs to the final pick up of all the unpacked boxes, the lads at Alba Removals were amazing. We were moving into a new build and had to reschedule the move several times, including once when we were already all packed up and ready to head over to pick up the keys and instead had to divert to a storage unit at the old Jenners Depository Store. Every complication and twist in the saga was met with good cheer and a can do attitude (and much needed sympathy!).

I can't recommend Alba Removals strongly enough - they'll get the job done and at a stressful time will make sure you don't have to be fretting over at least one bit of your move. Hundreds of books, a ridiculously heavy dining table, far too many bottles of whisky. They've got it handled.

Owen, Ross and Gary were great! from initial contact with Owen everything went really smoothly.
A visit from Owen to start the ball rolling was really helpful, explaining the whole procedure and cost involved, which was extremely competitive.
Ross and Gary arrived on time and no time was wasted loading up. I was moving from Edinburgh down to just outside Cambridge and by the time I arrived, unloading was finished and everything had been assembled. Fantastic job done, I would thoroughly recommend them.

Really impressed with Alba removals - genuine customer service during booking/ quotation process and a very professional job on the day. Took great care when wrapping items (even those we assumed didn’t need any protection) and disassembling/ assembling furniture. Efficient, friendly. Price was good value compared to some other quotes we’d been given. Will be recommending to friends and colleagues and definitely using again when we move next time. Thanks again :)

Guys from Alba arrived at agreed time to do my dad's removal. They were extremely polite and managed the removal in good time. Dad had lived in the house since 1965 therefore several unexpected items seemed to appear at the last minute. They were very helpful and patient. Great service and I would be delighted to use them if the need to move house arose. Very reasonable prices too. Recommend them highly.

I’m disabled and got quite stressed on the run up to the move due to sales falling through but Owen’s team are excellent and put me at ease.

The whole removal team were professional and nothing got broken which is a plus as we had a few valuable pieces of art and furniture.

We opted for the pack and move, they also dismantled furniture that needed to be moved.

I would definitely recommend Alba Removal’s to my family and friends. I’d recommend that Owen put his prices up a little though as the service was incredible for the price he quoted.

Alba Removals helped us move today and provided a top class service. We received a courtesy call the day before to confirm when they'd arrive, then this morning, they arrived on time, were very friendly and took great care with all our items. Everything arrived on the other side in perfect condition.

When the team noticed we had some boxes left to move, they offered to bring them over for us as well. This kind offer saved us at least a couple trips in the car, and to be offered this without needing to ask shows their willingness to go above and beyond to help their customers. They really made the whole experience completely stress-free for us. We could not recommend Alba Removals highly enough!
