Efter att andra i familjen haft positiva erfarenheter av Alba Health bestämde jag mig för att själv göra ett test. Jag har blivit mer medveten om vad jag äter och fått in mer fibrer och fermenterad mat i vardagen. Jag har även gjort ett uppföljande test för att se hur resultaten förändrats. Det är flera saker tillsammans som har hjälpt mig, och Alba Health har varit en värdefull del av den resan. Framför allt har jag fått mer kunskap och en bättre förståelse. Idag 2 år senare mår jag bra utan smärta men ser alltid till att försöka fylla det dagliga behovet av vad kroppen behöver.

Happy that I finally took the step of getting a microbiome test to understand what is happening in my gut. I had two areas that needed to work on. I chose Alba Health because of the team's credibility and their research. I stick with Alba because I use their app every day to track each meal by fiber and other amounts. It nudges me to do better each day, and I feel like a healthier, happier version of myself.

Jag beställde ett Alba Health kit för att kolla min tarmflora nu när jag är gravid för att få vägledning i hur jag kan äta ännu bättre och därigenom även ge mitt barn de bästa förutsättningarna. Att sedan få inte bara testresultaten utan även råd om vad jag ska äta i appen och speciellt under konsultationen var väldigt givande. Jag fick både bekräftelse på vad jag äter som redan gynnar en hälsosam tarmflora och vad jag kan byta ut eller lägga till för att äta mer varierat och därigenom stärka min tarmfloran. Under konsultationen och de personliga steg jag fick skickade till mig efter konsultationen var det allra mest givande då detta verkligen skräddarsyddes utifrån min situation med graviditet och celiaki.

Tar vid och hjälper en vidare, när den vanliga sjukvården har gett upp.

Hygienic disaster! They do a lot of business making with Webbinaries. What they teach is all about the importance of prebiotica, but they pack it in such a glorious package that looks like a miracle. It is not a miracle. Anyone could do their own research in bacteria stems and what they are good for, and find out it's prebiotica and start their own "programme". The worst thing, which is why I give them this low rating is they sell a "programme" that seems to involve sending personal waste (stool samples) through public mail. Because of how general logistics works, and parcels sometimes break and the fact that there could be someone's food upon the very same pallet in the truck, is honestly disgusting. Only legitimated doctors should be allowed to take stool samples and only in approved laboratories!

Jag beställde Alba Healths tarmflora test för min son som länge haft problem med eksem. Tyvärr Hjälpte Alba healths test och efterföljande konsultation inte ett dugg. Jag måste verkligen säga att jag är besviken eftersom det marknadsförs som att det verkligen kan göra skillnad. Efter att testet gjorts fick min son en rapport och bokade in en konsultation. Huvudbudskapet i konsultationen var i princip att han skulle börja äta "mer varierat" vilket han redan gör i ganska stor utsträckning. Min son har försökt följa de kostrekommendationer han fick men vi har inte märkt någon som helst skillnad efter ca: 3 månader. Jag hade nog förväntat mig att Alba health skulle ha djupare specialkunskaper om eksem eftersom de marknadsför sig just inom det området. Så slutsatsen från mig är att det helt enkelt är bortkastade pengar att göra deras test, speciellt när det gäller eksem.

Great experience from beginning to end. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. Very professionally done. And the follow-up meeting with a nutritionist to interpret results was so beneficial and practical.

We’d exhausted all options before I found alba. My son suffered with severe eczema since 5 months old and was still suffering when we came across at Alba Health when he was 15 months old. I found the process really easy and even though the test results take time to arrive, you can easily track on the app and get up to date times for when the results will be processed. I found the results very easy to understand and a really insightful way to see what’s happening! The 30 minute consultation was great and helped to really pave a way to put the results into action. The advisor part of the app has also been amazing for quick advice, recipe ideas and how to improve current dishes on rotation! I’m happy to say after a diet change and a probiotic chosen from his results he is now eczema free and I can’t believe it! Can’t thank the team enough and it’s the best money we have ever spent!

Appalingly juvenile level of insight. Not worth the time, money or hassle. Really insanely behind the curve as to where microbiome science is at. Recommending multiple foods to me which I have already told you I tested allergic to. "Eat more fibre, sleep and exercise more" is not worth the digital paper those words are printed on. Extremely disappointed. Want my money back on the second test which there is absolutely no point in taking, given the pathetic quality and depth of "results" and "actions" provided here.

Got this test done with high hopes for my baby's eczema but nothing changed. Have been giving the recommended probiotics, other supplements and diet regime but no use. Wish I did some other test.

Simple procedure with trustworthy and helpful results. Now 1-2 months after the results and the call with their specialist I have experienced many benefits and improved gut/overall health and my symptoms has vanished one by one. Fantastic user experience with the test, the app, and competent guidance during the consultation. The entire process is extremely user-friendly.

Easy process to return the test. Results, report and follow up call with a nutritionist were excellent. Now underway with a missing gut bacteria pro-biotic and already feeling improvements.
