Incredible product, trustworthy company
I have been purchasing the light boxes from Alaska Northern Lights since their days in Homer Alaska. I trust their products and how they run their company. Our large light box finally went kaput after 20 years and we have recently replaced it with several of the compact LED lights. Love them! So portable and so bright. Better than anything else on the market. Living in Alaska we rely on a good SAD light to keep us going through the dark season.

The light box has truly exceeded my expectations in build quality. Important, too, is the customer service. I reached out a few times with general questions about SAD and bright light therapy and was responded to within an hour or two each time! A+ for customer satisfaction!

Great customer service
I live in Alaska and often have packages arrive broken, so when my diffuser screen and light bulb were broken in one of my light boxes I wasn’t overly surprised. I contacted the customer service, and Beth quickly resolved the issue. Thank you again, Beth! I ordered the Two Pack Light Box Combo and would highly recommend this company and their products.

Unrivaled Customer Service
I’ve had my light box for 15 years. ANL’s customer service is as good today as it was then. They were patient and helped me troubleshoot an issue with my box, ultimately leading to the box working again. It saved me a lot of money since I didn’t have to buy a new box (and they never pressed me to get a new one). In this day and age when calls are automated, it’s extremely refreshing to talk to a person who cares. Beth was especially helpful.
