fast service, friendly help

After your initial purchase, the follow up service leaves much to be desired

Our representative, Liz, has been very helpful. She has answered all of our questions. She is knowledgable about the Alaskan cruises as she has done eleven.

My only request would be a more thorough itenerary. We want to fill every port with excursions and fun, but being new to cruising we don't really know what to expect. A simple statement saying how many free hours in each port would help.

We are very much looking forward to our 14 day land and sea cruise!

We booked our cruise over the phone because we had many questions, though wewere looking at the information on the website as we talked. The agent was very helpful and answered our questions tour satisfaction.

Great advise and research to get us the best trip possible!

Maggie was excellent. Helped us on her days off and very knowledgeable.

Recently booked our Holland America Cruise with Maggie. She has been great to work with. Can't wait for May

I use Icruise to book my cruises. My travelagent is mrs. Danielle Walker. I am happy with the service. Iris Orman

We had an excellent experience. Lily Shapiro was great. Very helpful and always a pleasure to talk with. She did a great job with a difficult situation. We would use your service again if the opportunity arises.

Our experience with Montana (our agent) has been excellent from the moment we began to make decisions about our tour on the phone and in the initial follow-up contacts we have had with her. We could not be more satisfied with the customer service we are receiving from AlaskaCruises!

Kathy did a very nice job, was very helpful in making sure we had everything we requested and best location for cabin ☆

I had the good fortune to get Eric whom was the most knowledgable travel agent that I've ever dealt with.
Whatever I asked for, he was able to get, plus more.
He made the entire experience enjoyable and am looking forward to booking the hotel and transportation back and forth to the ship through him.
He's a wonderful travel agent!!
Sincerely
Margie Pragoff

Recently booked an Alaskan cruise and am so very well pleased with the outstanding customer service we received. Courteous, friendly, helpful staff. Made the booking process go very smoothly. Lily, our booking agent was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Alaska Cruises. Great experience

Rachel Lovanko is terrific? She is so knowledgeable

Our travel advisor, Rebecca, was so friendly and professional. And was patient with our many questions about everything regarding our Alaskan cruise in 2020. She was so quick to respond to our calls and emails. I can't thank her enough for her help now, and I'm sure in the future before our ship sails..

Andrea was very helpful, informative, friendly, and got back to us in a timely manner.

Liz Krupa was most helpful in helping us plan our cruise with 2 other couples. We look forward to our 10 day Alaskan cruise in May 2020.
The price and add ones were excellent. The airfare was really low compared to what we had checked ourselves. We have done a 7 day cruise in Alaska but did not do the Denali portion.
Thanks again.

They called me back every time I left a message.
