I've used Alan Howard for years for stock, furniture, and education. I'd strongly recommend them to any salon owner or self employed hairdresser.
I have used both the Stoke branch, and the Crewe branch, and the team at both are very friendly, and always help me to find what I need.
Also, Phil and Mike, the delivery drivers from the two branches, are always really friendly and happy to help.

Great service
Have been using Alan Howard in Saltney for 10 years or so now and I have to say i wouldn't go anywhere else the girls are all so accommodating!! I'm always putting in late orders for deliveries and there always able to squeeze me in so I appreciate that very much!! Great range of products and there own Quif Premium Embossed Non-Slip Hair Foil Pop-Up Sheets!!! What a revelation! The joy of not ripping foil anymore is real!!! Really disappointed that there is a vat…
Really disappointed that there is a vat free day 7th September. But they are not taking orders over the phone.
As I was told there is only 3 members of staff in.
For a vat free day knowing youre likely to be busy. There should of been more staff in..

I absolutely love the people who work…
I absolutely love the people who work in my local AH, however head office/ customer service is so poor, despite contacting them in numerous occasions to tell them there is a problem with their payment portal that it will not let me.pay through pay pal or use pay in 3, they still have not done anything nor contacted me, forcing me to use elsewhere. Is this happening to anyone else else?
