Very efficient from the initial home survey right through the loading & unloading. Could not have gone better really, even the weather was kind!

The guys were great, they turned up on time, cracked on and kept us informed the whole time, and at the other end placed everything where we asked them to. Great team, great service from all staff we interacted with. Definitely recommend.

Excellent service - polite and helpful

The team who moved me to Cromer led by Michael and Sean were amazing and went above and beyond. It was a long couple of days from Derbyshire and not without its stressors, none caused by these guys though. They were all kind, courteous and professional, a great team.

Ben, Ben and Chris were so helpful, professional and good humoured. We moved across the country with a toddler and a cat, they weren't phased by this and worked extra hard to get us moved in on the day of arrival, working late into the evening to finish unloading on the same day. Items were carefully packed, we appreciated the environmental conscious packing - no bubble wrap, plenty of packing paper, reusing boxes. Thank you so much for making our move as stress-free as possible!

The whole team were incredibly helpful - from quotation through to delivery. Everything went to plan with no issues - Jamie Rix, Rob, Josh, Oliver H, John S, Ollie Y and Jay B were all lovely guys and an absolute credit to the company along with Craig and James in the office - I would recommend them without hesitation!

We had Luke, both Craigs, Joe and John moving us today. We had a lot of stuff and the guys did a fantastic job in record time. They were professional friendly and just got on and worked hard all day to get us moved. They were really competitive price wise, stayed in touch through the process and could not recommend them more. We couldn’t fault their service!

Britannia Movers - East what a fantastic pleasant experience from start to finish. Bearing in mind upto our moving day(s) we had had the most stressful, awful experience due to 2 houses falling though and exchange/completion dates constantly changing. However, it was our fantastic solicitor and the awesome Britannia Movers - East that actually turned everything round to make the actual move a more pleasurable experience. From the initial survey visit carried out by Chris, to discussing our requirements with Todd who calmly organised the move (with 3 changes of dates) and then the actual move team Oliver, Luke & Thomas were nothing short of absolutely amazing. Our move took 3 days as we moved from East Northamptonshire to Cumbria. Unfortunately when we got to Cumbria the previous owner had not finished moving out as her removal company had let her down and only moved half her stuff. Our removal team were amazing, they helped the previous owner finish moving out and they then moved us in the following day, nothing was too much trouble, even when I changed my mind about where I wanted a particular piece of very large furniture Not one thing was damaged or lost, a big thank you from us. I have no problem recommending this company.

Excellent friendly removal company - dealt with a complicated move involving 3 addresses. No stress and great team.

We sought 3 quotes from recommended local firms we knew we could trust. Britannia Alan Cook came in with the best quote and we were delighted to trust them with our move because we, and many other people we know, had used them before. Their standard remains impressively high even if they have somehow managed to keep their cost low. The 2, immaculately clean, Lorries arrived on time and the moving team were courteous, considerate and VERY hard working. Every piece was moved with equal care and all of our stuff arrived safely at our new home, undamaged and on the same day. Every item and box was placed in their designated rooms correctly and we watched in awe at the teamwork. Honestly, this was probably the best move we have ever experienced. No drama, no delays and no damage. We particularly want to thank the 2 drivers, Scott and Sal who oversaw everything and got stuck in with the hard work too. Thank you Britannia,I don't often bother writing these "reviews" but this one was WELL EARNED !

Unbelievable service today from Craig and Mark M they were both friendly helpful and nothing was too much trouble...my move was later than planned but they still very happy and pleasant considering been working so hard all day and was a long day...thank you so much c x

I was impressed by the ease of communications and the helpfulness of all the staff.
The plan was to move a few items of furniture from one house in Suffolk to 2 others in the west country. Because it was a small load it was added to other items being delivered to the west . Unfortunately I was on holiday on the due date but
made a plan with family and neighbours to receive the furniture. All went very smoothly and the people involved at this end said that the Britannia removal men were very professional and friendly
and were very impressed by their understanding of the situation . All furniture was in place when I returned from my holiday . Thankyou VERY MUCH.

I am going to be totally honest about this review and let you know that we had a very stressful move. Removing all the contents from our bungalow went well except that the dishwasher was dropped and and the front plinth became detached.There was a problem with the keys being released and the driver and his mate told us that they would be leaving with all our goods at 5pm and would be back on Monday to re deliver and this would incur another charge. They were not sympathetic to the fact that I was disabled and would probably have to find somewhere to go. All our clothes and some medication were on the lorry as well as my aids which I would need. Eventually the keys arrived at 4.50 and your employees didn’t like it. My whole family arrived and offered to unload which they did. By this time it was raining and dark which meant things went everywhere. My husband gave the drivers a generous tip which I was against. We did pay the late key charge also.

The guys were helpful and professional. Any problems were dealt with, without question. Our whole move experience went smoothly and without stress. I can thoroughly recommend Britannia Movers

Mark and Craig were top-tier. They moved my whole house from Colchester to Lyneham (3 hours away) and dropped it all off whilst making it look easy. They were professional from start to finish and just got the job done—smashed it out in no time. Everything arrived safe and sound. Couldn't ask for a better crew, cheers lads!

The service was fantastic from start to finish. Everyone I spoke to in the office was incredibly helpful and really personable. Our removal team Sam and Craig were amazing. They went out of their way to make sure our moving experience was stress free. They were super efficient and completely expert. We felt like really valued customers at every stage.
